I happened to be out this way so my girlfriend asked me to stop by and pick her up a coffee drink on the way back home. We have been here several times and this is a must see place for horror movie fans. The decor is amazing with so many horror characters featured and on this visit there was an additional Christmas theme since it's December. All of the drinks have fun horror themed names and can be customized. She wanted the ginger dead cookie cold brew with almond milk. I'm not a coffee guy but they also have teas and lemonade. The Creepsickle strawberry shortcake lemonade is one of the best and creamiest I've ever had.Service has always been fast and friendly. It is pretty small and there is a limit of eight people inside at once. The outside of the building even has paintings of horror movie characters.

As a classic horror films fan , I knew I had to visit this coffee shop .. on my first visit I was pleasantly impressed, not only is the horror decorations on point, but their creative drinks are definitely worth trying ! They have a great selection and variety of drinks which is why I know I'll be returning soon. I tried the "Regan" which is an iced matcha w whip cream almond milk . It's a classic drink I've had at other coffeehouses (same taste), yet the experience of this cozy location added that special ingredient to my day . It was such a one of a kind place, super cool to go with some friends , even year round. Although in October this fits the theme perfectly.!Parking is very easy to access and although the indoor capacity is limited they do offer outside benches and an open layout for anyone that wants to stick around . Don't forget to check out their cool murals by the parking area! Not the best option if you have to work or study . There's too many cool distractions! Their employees are very patient and open minded about sharing their recommendations.

Honestly this is my favorite coffee spot. I make it a point to drive out once a year for Halloween time. Cutest and spookiest set up. Parking conveniently located next door to the shop. Cute horror mural on the side of the building. Front of the shop is just as cute and amazing. If you go early you avoid lines. Even if there is a line there is vendors off to the side to keep guest busy. Once you go inside, its small but mighty. Heavily decorated with Halloween decorations. Old 80s movie icons everywhere. All drinks are themed by Horror movie characters. There is also lots of merch inside. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. They advertise local events as well. Must stop and see for Halloween or just all year around!

Roast the Dead is such a fun, spooky-themed coffee shop that's perfect for horror fans and coffee lovers alike! Their Salted Seas Cold Brew is absolutely delicious--smooth, balanced, and just the right touch of saltiness to elevate the flavors. They do limit the number of people inside at a time, but the service is great, and the coffee is always consistent. Whether I'm headed to Oak Glen or even Joshua Tree, this place is a must-stop for a unique and tasty caffeine fix!

We took a trip far away from us to check out Roast the dead coffee. This was back in 2021, though we haven't been back I am wanting to make another trip to experience it all over again. The props were amazing, loved the spooky vibe and the coffee selections were great too. Though I'm a simple gal and get iced coffees, it was very tasty.

This was such a fun place to visit! I got a Friday the 13th themed drink & it was really good. I love when the atmosphere & drink quality match each other, sometimes it can just be gimmicky but not this place. Sick life size Jason, Michael Myers, & Freddy animatronics & it felt like a mini Halloween maze or something in there. I'd love to go back sometime!!

Came today for the first time. It was 4pm and there were plenty of people in and out. There's not really a place to sit and hang out so it's more of a Togo coffee shop. BUT if you come on a Saturday all of the downtown just a block ahead is open so you can walk down it while drinking your drink. The blonde taking our order was friendly. We enjoyed the variety of drinks and the price for drinks are exactly where they should be. Not a rip off or too expensive where you feel like it's a "splurge". We will be back for sure! If you have younger kids I probably wouldn't bring them if they get spooked easy. I think 9+ is a good age where you don't have to worry about the creep factor inside.

The employees were friendly and was great at recommending drinks for a non coffee drinker. The inside of the shop was so cute, I especially loved the scream set up . I got the worms blended drink ( w/o the coffee) The drink looked cute but the flavor was just okay. Due to my customization I didnt completely write them off and I would try it again , maybe get one of the killer teas instead. If you like coffee you have a lot of drinks that sounds really yummy.

Looking for a good coffee spot on a recent visit to Yucaipa(apple picking), we landed on Roast the Dead. Located across from a church, we walked in and were hit by horror show memorabilia galore and a haunted house like feel. Many drink options to choose from, but we just chose a simple coffee. They were out of drip by the time we arrived just shy of noon, a bit of a surprise. They did give us an Americano which tasted pretty good, but nothing special. Might be a good option if you are interested into horror movies or very unique experiences, but not our ideal spot.
