Highly recommend!. We decided to pick up our items so we were asked to use their other company called Elements Tableware Rentals. The table linens and napkins were laundered and prepackaged and ready for pick up on the day we requested. The colors were exactly as advertised and the quality was good. Customer service was great. They were super friendly and made the whole process easy. Will use them again for our events/parties.

Used Ricky's party rentals for my wedding and I could not have been happier! Everything looked amazing!The office staff was so helpful when I was choosing my linens, chairs, plates, etc. I communicated through email a lot and I was always able to reach someone when I needed to add/change items - I would receive an updated invoice in less than 24 hours.The crew that dropped off and picked up the rentals were extremely efficient and friendly!Overall had a great and seamless experience using Ricky's party rentals.

Very disappointed in the tables we rented from them. On their website, they offer tables of all different sizes and show photos of certain sizes in plastic and others in wood. When we selected ours, the tables advertised were all in wood. Less than half of our tables received were actually wood and the rest were plastic. This is very disappointing and false advertising. You can absolutely tell the difference when eating on a plastic table versus a wood one, and we threw a very lavish wedding with plastic tables. Very disappointing.ADDING TO MY REVIEW:Tables did NOT state that they may be wood or plastic (I have screenshots), but I am happy to see that the owner just now added that to their site. (P.S. don't forget to add it to your cocktail tables too, as those also came in plastic and your site isn't updated yet).As to the comment where we should have brought this to their attention sooner, we were busy planning and setting up a wedding. We did not have time to contact vendors on their errors. But glad we made this comment to bring it to your attention.

I planned an event Sep 2021 and ordered my rental from Ricky's, but had to cancel the event due to a surge in the Delta variant of COVID. I cancelled my order but was CATEGORICALLY told that I could get credit for the $413.86 deposit that I had made, and that the credit would NOT expire.I called today to place another order and was told that they honored only cancelations from 2020. Then the story changed to "the credit is only good for one year". I trusted the sales person I spoke to in 2021, but failed to get it in writing, and yes, it was my mistake.What kind of business establishment is this. My advice is that if you have any business dealings with this shoddy rental company, make sure you have everything in writing as they change their minds and policies to suit their ends.Shocking !!!

I rented from them and they did not disappoint. They were professional and made the experience really easy and simple. The prices are reasonable and they set up the tables and chairs beautifully. I will definitely rent from them again!
