SO SO SOOOOOOO good! I have been coming here for years. This place has the best Cashew nit chicken I have ever had. I prefer dining in as I think the fried wontons are best when fresh.

Honestly, a pretty good thai spot in the moreno valley/riverside area. This is located in a weird triangle building next to an unimpressive strip mall. However, the food was solid. We ordered their pad thai, kra pow, and their street curry (almost like a khao soi). Everything was good and aromatic. The pad thai was extremely flavorful that hit the marks of being sweet, salty, sour, and spicy. Their Kra pow was good but the pork was a bit dry. The enter street curry noodles was great though, very creamy, and the portion was generous. The servers were really nice and friendly as well. This is a place to check out for sure

I ordered yellow curry, with beef and the potatoes were hard. Edible, and cooked but really hard to cut with a spoon. The side of sticky rice with the meal was overcooked. As if it had been reheated a few times. We had the most absent minded server. We had to tell twice that we didn't want boba. But the passion tea lemonade is amazing. We had to remind her a few times of our order. She completely forgot she took our order for dessert. Then they still proceeded to bring us the check prior to the dessert. The sticky mango rice is delicious. I would come back just for that. To go because apparently that's how they serve it.

Food has always been good. I appreciate a place with constantenyUpdate: they cut their food portions more than half and increase their prices. I am fine with the smaller portions if they adjusted the price to fit the portions. Their service has gone downhill too.

Hesitant on posting this 3 star review but Rice & Spice has been in MoVal for years and seems to be busy regardless. Had food from here a while ago at a friend's potluck and at the time, big portions and good flavor. This time around.. Pad see ew was decent and their crying tiger beef (does not come with rice) as well. But besides that, here were some flops of the night.First off, it's super understaffed so management should hire another waiter during the dinner rush. There's a pickup area which was swarming with DoorDashers and customers grabbing their food to go and another cash register where they can seat you. Our waitress was super patient and friendly despite the impatient groups eating in.Flops: Popcorn chicken (Mon and Wed happy hour menu) and tough fried tofu as a protein choice. Popcorn chicken's batter and meat was questionable and their fried tofu's texture was off. For IE, it's decent but would not be as busy in OC or 626 area. :(

Coconut coffee is good but later I got some small coconut milk chunks? Idk, it was an unpleasant surprise in texture while drinking. My Pad Thai noodles didn't come with any hot sauce. It did come with two lime wedges but it was dried out so I didn't get to enjoy my meal with any tang :/ The noodles were a little undercooked/firm, wish it were cooked a little longer for a bit of chew but nonetheless it was packed with flavor in every bite. These are small issues that can be fixed so I would give this place another try when I'm craving Pad Thai again.

This is my family's favorite Thai restaurant near Riverside. It's a small location so it gets pretty busy on weekends. Service is always fast and the food is delicious. I really enjoy the Tom Kha soup to start. For main dishes their Pad Kee Mao is good as well as their fried rice dishes. Tried the mango sticky rice for the first time recently and it was also so good. Also recommend the Thai tea. Great place when you're craving Thai, never disappoints.

Tuesday, 3/26/2024: I hadn't been to this eatery in a while but I know I've enjoyed great food here in the past. I arrived with a friend from the clinic; another friend joined us later. Anyhow, we seated ourselves since nobody was at the counter as we entered. It's not a big place but we saw that about 4 tables in the back were occupied. The service was okay nothing exceptional. We didn't wait long before we were handed menus. We ordered from the lunch menu with prices ranging from $10 to $13. I noticed the menu itself had changed from the last time I was here. I'm wondering if they're under new management. We were really shocked and disappointed that our meals were not very good. The taste was off. I ordered the Chicken Pad See Ew, my friends opted for Yellow Curry Chicken and Vegetarian Pad Thai. Did they hire a new cook? I had to add additional chili sauce so it would add a better flavor. The place was clean although a bit cluttered at the entry way. I totally forgot to take photos since we were so wrapped up in conversation. I highly doubt I will return. It's such a let down that I will have to look at other options for Thai food near the base. Sorry R & S, you missed the mark and I miss the delicious food from previous visits.

I have tried in person a couple of times because my friends love this place. I have not been impressed. Today I ordered delivery. I made sure to ordered extra mushrooms and lemongrass because I do find their soup base to be too sweet. They did charge $4 for it on two soups. The soup base did not taste like it had a xtra lemongrass but it did have plenty of mushrooms. I also asked for 4 containers of the types of chilis to make it taste better. Those were not added. The pad thai was ok but the fact that it didn't have peanuts or any of the spices to add was a huge disappointment.
