Personally, I love Red Robin burgers. And if you are a rewards member, you get a free burger (with $5 purchase) during your birthday month. We happened to be in Riverside on the last day I could get my b-day burger. I was hesitant about coming to this location because it's at the galleria mall which I figured meant mediocre food and service. I was wrong! We did have a 30 minute wait (they should really use Yelp's reservation system) But once we were seated, we had great service and the food came out quickly. They must know people come for the yummy bottomless steak fries because as soon as our drink orders were taken, our waiter said he'd send out some fries. Five minutes later, we all had fries (not the hottest but when you're hungry, you clone of don't care lol). At RR, you have a dedicated waiter but different staff will drop off your order, refills, etc. they make it work and rarely falter. This location was even better than my favorite one at home. I would not hesitate to come back to this location when in town and hopefully get our same waitperson because he was great. P.S. when you sign up for the rewards, you get a free appetizer right then. We got the mozzarella sticks which are delicious at RR.

This location is at the Tyler Mall with the main door facing the parking lot. Parking is easy enough. Sarah was our waitress and she was so great! She was so kind and made sure our drinks were full and was overall amazing! The restaurant is clean and a classic Red Robin feel. We love this atmosphere! Also loved that the music was NOT loud so we could easily have a conversation at the table without yelling. Great casual place for friends and family!

I was in the area for a warehouse sale and was hungry afterwards so I decided to stop by for a quick lunch. There was no wait around noon so we were seated immediately. They tried to seat us right by the entrance and were very accommodating when we requested to be moved. Service:Our server was very welcoming and made sure to check up on us frequently. Food came out really fast - so fast that we were shocked at their speed. Food:We ordered the following:* the Southern Charm burger * grilled chicken salad with balsamic dressing We had the burger cooked to medium rare and really liked how juicy and saucy it was. We also really enjoyed the bottomless fries that came with the burger. The server kept coming to ask if we wanted more fries. Overall a pretty good time dining here. I will definitely be back for their fries!

Coming here for dinner, we always know it will be consistently good. The endless sides are a perk when you're in the mood for more! The honey mustard is a favorite. Colorful fun, atmosphere keeps you entertained while waiting for your food. TV screens with various games in the background, there are tables and booths along with bar seating. Comfortable for large groups or date nights. You will probably hear a few birthday songs throughout the restaurant during your stay. Located at the Tyler mall right next to cheesecake factory on the south west entrance to the mall. Parking can be a bit congested during busier hours. They have designated to go parking spots for easy access. Sign up for their loyalty program and receive free burgers and discounts.Service is always welcoming and accommodating, I have never had a bad experience with service here. It has always been excellent. They always go over and beyond to make your visit pleasant.

I came here last week for dinner and had the Whiskey River BBQ burger. It came out the first time a bit undercooked and missing the onion straws. The manager had them redo the burger and it looked much better. They definetely have trouble cooking burgers well done here. The last 3 times at this location, I had to have them recook my burger. Time to stick with chicken! The service was great, but their food hasn't been good lately.

Nothing screamed, "world famous burger or chicken sandwiches or anything." Burgers were good but just ok at the same time. This location was good. Service was fast, and the most awesome thing was that my endless sides were refilled promptly. I loved my salad and sweet potato fries! The best thing here was the mud pie! Oh it was huge! My kids and i had a field day with it! Loved it!The only thing I didn't really like was the fish sandwich. Otherwise this place gets a 4 with the endless sides!
