We came here today to celebrate my grandmas and daughter's birthday. We got the best server. I believe her name was Tammy. She was so funny and attentive. She really made the visit special. Wish I could have tipped her more. The food was good too. Fairly priced for what we got.

The service was the worse I have ever had. Now I know why they have 2 stars. The food was very good but the service was terrible and when you go out to dinner a nice dinner you should be waited on. I gave the minimum tip I wouldn't have even done that but I am not that mean. Sorry I will drive further to go to another Red Lobster

Steamed broccoli tasted like soy sauce flavored burnt broccoli. Garlic Mashed potatoes tasted like bland powdered potatoes. Lobster was drenched in salt. The only good items were the French fries, the replacement unseasoned steamed broccoli and coconut shrimp. It's a shame our waitress talked to her friends all night who came in as customers instead of clearing the trash off and tending to us. Won't be returning.

I haven't been here since 2017 so I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of our appetizers and meals when I went yesterday and again for lunch today. Our server, Tammy was phenomenal and everything was fresh and flavorful. Of course the biscuits didn't disappoint. Prices weren't break the bank either. I'm glad to see they've improved and I hope they remain a staple in Riverside.

I ordered shrimp and lobster special to go. I really wasn't expecting that much. However it was absolutely fantastic. Lobster Was big and juicy. The shrimps were big and juicy. My order was on time. It was still hot when I got home. It was fantastic! I'd give it an A+ thank you red lobster for making my meal so wonderful!

We made reservations online and had to wait a few minutes. It's a ghost town- not a lot of people come here anymore. Crab Queso dip was delicious but very small portion. Lobster linguini was too bland for my taste- had to drench it in pepper. Classic Caesar salad had chunks of the base of the lettuce- not very appetizing dressing either (tasted very ranch-y). Calamari was ok. Mozzarella sticks were good. Everyone in our party did not seem content after eating- we ended up getting pizza afterwards. For the price you pay, I don't recommend this spot. Service was attentive though.

Jordans service as a host was more than enough. he's very respectful and checked in on me every chance he got. i got my order to go after all since it was busy and he went out of his way to get me to go boxes while helping another table. he made my experience at red lobster great :)

We came here for our parent's 54th anniversary and had an excellent dining experience.The Host Josh was warm and welcoming and took care of sitting us in a handicap accessible area for my father. He even assisted in taking drink orders to give the server a head start.Gus the server was welcoming, friendly, attentive, and prompt. He answered all questions with patience and care, while servicing 5 other tables. The food came out hot and fresh. Drinks were refilled promptly. Manager was friendly. I wanted to write on a comment card but this was the next best thing. Red Lobster great job!Good luck with your future plans Gus! Wishing you the best on your test!
