Rawbert’s Acai

Had to come on here to tell yall it is a must to try Rawberts Acai!! Every bowl I purchase it always satisfies my cravings. My favorite is the mango but you never go wrong with Acai or pitaya. They have a wide variety of fruit and toppings as well as sauces. Service is always great!

Rawbert's Acai is a small business owned by Robert and Tiffany! They are some of the most hardworking people I know and their acai bowls are seriously the best of the best! They load em up with all kinds of delish and refreshing toppings! You can find them at farmers markets, pop ups or have them cater your event! Imagine how perfect their acai bowls would be in that summer heat. Always a blessing getting to support them, if you see them around please support because they're most definitely worth the try! Just note that you'll be craving their acai ALL THE TIME like I do!

This was such a great açaí bowl! I actually had the coconut flavor instead of açaí and it was so delicious. The toppings were great too and they were very generous with them. I will definitely look out for them in the future!

Where do I even begin. I booked them for a party 1 month in advance and kept in regular contact with them. I paid a security deposit of $100. Last minute the day before my party she texts me saying that her grandmother was in the hospital and she offered to drop off all the ingredients and it could be a self serve station or a refund. I was upset because not only was it last minute I felt like it was an excuse. I booked them for 2 hours only if she could drop them off she could of just stayed for the 2 hours. For the self serve station I find it pointless I could've done that all myself. Also she was going back on her word and was not at all apologetic or offer me any kind of discount for a self serve station. I texted her back refund me now. Her response "normally we don't give security deposits back but I will make an exception" she sent me a screen shot of the contract saying if any party cancels the security deposit is non refundable. Which makes them a company that's hard to trust. Anyway I wasn't aware they even sent me a contract in an email and I DID NOT EVEN SIGN IT!!! She proceeds to say I will refund you $98 I sent her back a text saying no send me back the 100 I sent you. She said that I labeled it services and goods they charged her $2. First of all I didn't label anything services or goods I'm pretty sure she has a business account that does that all automatically. Anyway my point is that they are flakey, non trustworthy, and have horrible customer service. My thoughts are if she has a business she couldn't send anyone else to do it. I believe her and her husband own this business. Also me and my husband think she just had a better opportunity come up where she could make more money. She still offered to drop everything off but not stay serving for 2 hours so that didn't add up to me. But also DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT! They will cancel on you because they are a unreliable business and they will keep your security deposit.
