Pros: very nice and spacious. The event coordinator is responsive and flexible. Cons: No elevator and 1 restroom.The specs indicate max capacity of 100. I had 85 guests and having just 1 restroom was a nightmare. Manually carrying all your party stuff up stairs was awful, and my poor vendors had to do the same.The place allows only 1 hr of set up before event. It took us approximately 2.5 hrs to get all of our stuff to 2nd floor. We got some help from the venue coordinators, but only after asking for it. They were transporting chairs and tables up with an electrical dolley, while we were manually taking stuff up. The venue coordinator should offer this feature in the packet. I was physically exhausted after the party due to all of the manual labor involved- i totally underestimated the labor involved so that was an error on my part. I would recommend for small events that don't include having to have vendors, food or drinks- if you do, hire an army to help get it upstairs.

Looking for an amazing space to rent for your next event... look no more. Not only is the owner very nice, accommodating, and flexible, he replies quickly to any questions or needs you may have. Had my nieces baby shower here and it was such a great open space. Very clean, beautiful space and in my books it is definitely a 10 out of 10. Priced very well!!

We planned my moms 70th party , and the space was perfect! We did Filipino style kamayan dinner. The space had more than enough room for our 50 guests. There is a kitchen, fridge and oven to keep the food warm if you're serving food.The big windows and open space lend a beautiful vibe- there is a bar and a couple of room separations to get creative with! Pro and his team were exceptional, friendly and flexible!Highly recommended! Book your next event there !

The one bathroom at this venue did not work on the day of my birthday party. My guests had to walk down the street to a bar to use a bathroom. some of my guests left the party early because they could not walk to the bar. People did not want to drink any beverages because there wasn't a working bathroom. A plumber was called out but he didn't get the toilet working until the last hour of the party. Pretty sad. I was very disappointed. I hope they don't let this happen to anyone else.
