Customer service was great since there was no other customer!The musicians were the issue So rude constantly asking if we wanted to pay for a song

Not a bad place. We got a table really quick, but it was wobbly and kept moving. This place feels more like a club than a restaurant. The service wasn't very friendly and felt rushed. My wife wanted to come here for the live music, but it wasn't worth it, especially for the price. They're trying to be like Mr. Tempo, but it's not the same. If you're young and looking for a club vibe, this might be for you. I wouldn't recommend it for a family dinner.

Came here with some family on a Sunday night. Service was great. Quick and attentive. The food was on point. Got the aguas chiles red and green, the steak, shrimp and enchiladas. Everything was served pretty quick. The live banda was playing which added to the ambiance of this place. This place definitely has a lot of potential. Also forgot to add the horchata is on the very sweet side. But was still quality. I would definitely come back.

Drinks and ambiance are great! It's loud so if you like a good tanda of music its great.

Food was good we ordered ceviche and michelada . Service was smooth and fast. Ambiance with the viernes de Banda was vibes. Definitely enjoyed my nights.

Horrible management, horrible customer service. Be prepared to wait 45+ minutes for your food.

The lounge is disgusting , the restrooms are for both genders , you're in there with men ! Needs better service as well. Made a deposit that was supposed to go towards my bill and charged me twice !

This place is always a hit or miss! Friday night was great, service was on point, food came out pretty fast and everything was tasty and fresh. The live banda was AMAZING, it is very loud but I'm from Guadalajara and am use to this ambiance, it's definitely not a place to go if you want to have a conversation. It's nice that there's a place in San Bernardino where you can go eat, listen to jams and feel safe. The micheladas were delicious! My girlfriends had never been and they all had a wonderful time.

Came to check out the car show and eat some tacos and watch the game. We ordered 8 tacos, alcohol beverage, soft drink, guacamole and chips. The bill came to $56 . When I looked at the bill they stuck a 15% service charge on the bill. The tacos weren't that good our waitress Anna was nice, but watch that service charge

The service they have very bad they take too long to serve food we were 6 people and they serve separately w a long time waiting food cold an incomplete no coming back
