I stopped in for convenience sake as I usually don't shop here. I picked up a few items as it was between where I was and where I was going. Found my items (also ground pork and beef combo?) headed to check out with the plastic bags I brought. I checked out and collected my purchases and walked out of the store without my wallet, receipt or phone. I didn't realize until I got to where I was going! Fortunately great people like Tyler W kept it to an old man's inconvenience of having to drive back and the tragedy losing all of that could have been. I returned to the front of her line, we made eye contact as she continued to help her current customer, she nodded and pulled my things from her drawer. Smooth as can be. Thank you thank you, thank you!

I usually visit this Ralph's for the sushi! The guy with the masks that prepares it seems to have a bit of attitude if you ask questions but I come anyway because all the other staff is quite nice and I like this Ralph's location.

This is a regular Ralphs with a Fresh Fare tag. Very small aisles and terrible selection of items. Fresh Fares in Los Angeles will have you lost looking at amazing products they don't carry in a regular Ralphs. I expected better because of the location.

Ralph's is a great place to shop. The store is very clean and well-organized, and the staff is nice. They have a bakery section with delicious cupcakes and cakes, and their fresh produce is top-notch. Everything here looked really nice. Highly recommended!

This Ralph's was super clean! I loved the fresh Cheese Bar with every kind of Cheese you could think of! Almost!! The person that works with this cheese bar is very knowledgeable and very helpful with all your needs!

Updating with (hopefully) more thoughtfulness and less forced snark.I'm conflicted about this Ralph's. On one hand, you have the staff here, which is flat out fantastic. I'm terrible at remembering names, so I can't credit anyone specific. But I always feel welcome when I check out here, thanks to the friendliness of the staff. But on the other hand, you have the looming elephant in the room: Prices. It used to be Ralph's was the place to go to get the best prices. Now, other places flat-out have it beat. Sticking a "locked in low price" sticker on an item doesn't change the fact that the exact same item is 25% cheaper at Target or Winco. I know, inflation is a thing. But the prices here have gone up much more than they have at other stores in the area. I often find myself saying "This just isn't worth it. It's cheaper elsewhere". Is it fair to deduct stars from a store for things the individual store has no control over? Perhaps not. But in the end what the rating comes down to is "do I shop here or do I shop somewhere else?". And I've been shopping at this Ralph's less and less often due to the issues mentioned above.

Ralph's Canyon Crest is very clean and has the freshest produce I've seen in most Ralph's. Every holiday season they're always prepared with the best seasonal gifts and foods. The Valentines Day decorations are phenomenal

I love this store. I live in mo Val and make it a point to grocery shop here on early weekend mornings if i can. This ralphs has everything, the only down side is it is on the smaller side. So I suggest going early if you want to avoid crowds and bad parking. The whole shopping center is super cute I love it and wished we lived closer.

Called the deli dept and no one answered the phone. The phone rang over and over again. I got tired of waiting so I drove from Rialto to this location and was on the phone the entire time trying to get in contact with someone. Asked the deli clerk to call a manager over and the front end manager came to assist. Stop cutting labor to your store so you can properly staff your departments. Enough with the company greed. One clerk in the deli all by herself. Kudos to the front end manager for taking care of the situation and deli clerk remaining positive regardless being short handed. Won't return. I will continue with the Fontana Ralph's.
