Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

EVERYTHING! I got my order immediately and the tenders were soooooo crispy. I also got the perfect amount of butter on my bread. And my order came very fast! The employees are all so nice!

My daughters and I went for lunch on a weekday. We were greeted quickly and our order was taken. The food came hot and not too long of a wait. My chicken sandwich was good and my daughters enjoyed their kids meal. An employee was cleaning tables and refilling the drink station. Overall it was a good experience

Bummed there was no curbside or drive through pick up available...but thats lazy me talking. Got our good fast and the order was right. Staff was friendly. Food was tasty. Would come again.

The employee that took my order fantastic. It's about it. Not sure what went wrong. The cashier was extremely robotic. Which I usually don't mind your job I get it but I got my food. I couldn't believe I paid $20 for. They feel comfortable, taking large amount of money from people in return for this? usually there's enough, it's soggy whiteish chicken, but this time it looks cooked but there's not much of it lol this is crazy. The nice lady that took my order is why y'all got the one star. She's so nice. Oh that and being able to give correct change -_-

I'd give it 5 stars if they remembered the sauce for my sandwich when I order it on the side...BUT they are open til 2 a.m. nightly, almost 4 a.m. on the weekends, made fresh to order, polite, quick and tasty. Love that Canes' sauce is prepped in house (ranch, ketchup, lemon juice,+ Tony Cachere' Cajun seasoning), they have Louisiana brand hot sauce, and that the vein is removed from the tenders/they are buttermilk marinated=no gristle. No extra Canes sauce tonight but had some extra Applewood bacon slices to add to my sammich!!

The food was ok . Service was great as always , the ambiance was young and fun good for big families or younger people

I went to Canes and ordered the Box Combo. The combo comes with (4) chicken fingers, Cole slaw and a piece of toast. I asked for ketchup and hot sauce when I ordered my meal. When I got to the window I told the young lady to make sure my ketchup and hot sauce were placed in my bag. She insured me that both ketchup and hot sauce were in the bag. I got home ready to eat my food and guess what, no hot sauce or ketchup. This is like the 3rd time I haven't got ketchup and hot sauce. Maybe there is a shortage of ketchup and hot sauce. Or maybe they don't care about taking care of customers. It's not that hard to give the customer what they request. The food was pretty good as usual but they are only getting (2) stars for poor service.

What a disappointment chicken fingers that were not freshly cooked they were soggy and the smallest chicken fingers I have ever seen compounded by the coleslaw floating in mayonnaise followed by the worst French fries I've ever had cold under fried and soggy they only have one dipping sauce and ketchup and the worst piece of Bread that was stale old tasteless and disgusting like all of my food went into the GARBAGE what a waste of a business with only one dipping sauce that was horribly tasteless this place is all show and a ripoff you be better off going Nextdoor to Wendy's

Asked for extra fries got less than a serving and the excuse is "we are cutting our portions" lmao way to serve the customer

If I could give it a 0 I would. I was waiting for my order to be taken for a good minute and the girl was also rude. And the guy who gave me my food forgot to get my drinks and opened the window after a while and stared at me like I was in the wrong while I was waiting for my drinks.
