My first visit following the takeover from Gus Jr.s.....I ordered the double bacon cheeseburger with chili. Fresh and fat burgers patties. All was fine except for the price. At over $15 for my burger, this is NOT the place if you are on a budget UNLESS you go there during happy hour on M-F afternoon.....I will be back again to try some of their other food, and perhaps a combo or two with the onion rings or deep fried zuchinni ($2.95 upcharge_). They also have shakes that might be worth trying.

Just had to try this hamburger joint. Friendly welcome from the staff who took my orders!Clean Kitchen is fully visible for us to see how the food preps are done by the happy cooks!Inquired about a good deal and she recommended the $9 only R BURGER PAK : which includestheir original burger, 2 chicken tenders and fries I was surprised the actual burger looks like the one on their postcard add! The thickness of actual burger and chicken tenders were all proportionate to what was pictured !!! Burger patty seasoned but needs a little salt perhaps to my taste..Ordered the CARNE ASADA FRIES which included a heaping feast serving of fries, asada meat, cheese, refried beans, lettuce, guacamole snd crema!!!Asada meat were very flavorful and tender !With every dig of the fries you get a little serving of every ingredients!!!Love the Red color theme of the booths and chairs.Just the sewer smell kinda blended with the aroma of the food was not a pleasant appetite !!!

New burger place on the south east corner of Alabama st. & Lugonia Ave. In Redlands. R Burger took over formerly Gus Jr's burger place. HC parking and no step access provided right in front of back door entrance. Place nice and clean. Well decorated and nice interior. Dining area well set up and spaced efficiently. Warm friendly reception. Food flavor fine but nothing special. Big portion and reasonable price. Take away is a hint or sewer smell probably from restroom exhaust or p-trap primer not working properly. Nice smell of cooking food is a plus and pretty much negates bad smell. Hoping for a better experience next time.

I ordered a carne asada quesadilla. The quesadilla was good. A little on the salty side but good. The guacamole they put on the side was rancid. I would have preferred no guacamole if they didn't have fresh, instead of having to look at brownish grey rancid guacamole on my plate. The service was quick and friendly.

Tried R Burgers for the first time as this replaced another business that was here prior. A really cute, clean, and remodeled inside. The booths are comfy! There is indoor dining or drive-thru option. The breakfast is served here all day. The portion sizes are quite big so we were able to split the breakfast burrito between two people. The chorizo breakfast burrito is delicious and has the right ratios which are often needed in a good breakfast burrito. The pancake breakfast with egg and sausage and bacon was also equally filling and tasted well. They have a casual lunch/ dinner menu with a variety of options. There's a happy hour Monday through Friday really good deals from 2 to 5 PM! Service is friendly and if you need anything while dining inside the staff are willing to help or answer questions!

Needed carne asada fries after a bad day. This is all we got so that is all I can speak to. They are huge and we were able to enjoy 2 small meals for 2 people. My only note is not huge on the lettuce, especially when I needed to reheat them.

As of this writing, Aug 2024, R Burgers is relatively new to this location. We came at lunch and due to the high table turnover, we were able to get seating. The interior (see my inside pics) is crisp and clean. While we didn't have breakfast, you have to see my pic of their orange juice squeezer - who does that anymore?? But this pic sets the tone for our burger and the freshness of their ingredients.I have a pic of their #7 R Burger. It tasted as good as it looks. (BTW, this is one of the few instances that my real life pic resembles the menu pic.) The burger was amply sized. While it was cooked a bit much, it still was juicy. The onions added some punch but weren't over powering. While you can't see the avo, it was plentiful and very creamy. The bacon was rich, thick and smoky - perfect. As you can see in my pic, the fries were fresh and hot. They are dusted with a season salt - a nice touch.

Pretty Good! Ain't gonna lie. I only give four instead of 5 though because the price can be better for what you're getting. Granted yes you get a lot of food, but this place seems to be quantity over quality. Don't get me wrong the food is good, personally I think the one in Vegas in better, but still good. The service was great, the girl is super nice (we used the drive through). That being said I can't comment on the ambiance but it looked clean from the drive through window. We got two chicken and fries meal, chili cheese fries, a turkey bacon melt, & a carne asada taco plate. All were good but like I said, quality could have been a bit better, at least for how much you're paying. All this was $78, which is pricey, but if you need a lot of food, I guess it's worth it.
