Querencia Coffee

Posting a legit address to Yelp or their website would have been a helpful start in trying this coffee. Unfortunately the one address we had to scour the internet for was a residential address with no coffee. :-(

I recently ordered Leap of Faith and Indian Monsoon. Ordering was super easy and it shipped quick. So far I have tried the Leap of Faith and it was great. Can't wait to try Monsoon!

Eureka! I was looking for a new local to Redlands coffee roster that stood out from the others in town. I found it with Querencia Coffee! The service that I received was second to none and the coffee was great too! Rimon personally assisted me, and just the service alone was worth every penny of my purchase! It's so rare these days to experience great service AND a great product! Truly Querencia Coffee is something special! I hope that you give them a try, because if it's anything like my experience you won't be disappointed!

Querencia is now my go-to coffee roaster. I'm really impressed with the quality and freshness of their beans. You can tell that a lot of care and attention goes into their roasting process. Currently, I'm ejoying their "Lighten Up" Signature Blend brewed using the pour over method. It's got the perfect amount of brightness. I highly recommend giving them a try!

I purchased the Kenya AA, which is a medium roast. It was lovely! Fresh coffee is a game changer. Very easy to order and received my order quickly. Can't wait to try other flavors.

Querencia Coffee:Beans (Espresso roast): no chaff, variation sizes assures me that hand picked processing resulted in the range of sizes, allowing for the range of ripeness and flavor.Brew: using a bean to cup machine (Jura ENA 8), drank 3 separate cups of coffee with a shot of espresso in each cup. In a word: crisp. Has the elements I like in coffee, it's real and awakens the tongue with woody/fruity tones but smoothly awakens the circulation after the swallow settles in the stomach. The aroma on brew has a Pavlovian zing for a good day ahead.Comparators: I have tried Blue Bottle single source, and Kona Coffee in their shop in Honolulu - Querencia is competitive. There's probably some science they are using for the washing and roasting process, but side by side, it would be hard to pick a winner. Again, looking at the Querencia beans - from my personal standpoint, I like seeing some variation in size/shape, compared to the packaged beans from the Comparators which could either/both be a sorting process or marketing aesthetic.

Big fan of Querencia coffee! Delivered right to my doorstep, my apartment was quickly filled with the aroma of freshly roasted single-origin beans, I couldn't wait to grind my first batch for my cold brew coffee. It did not disappoint. My cold brew was bright and bold...I felt transported to coffee atelier in my own office. Absolutely delightful.
