If I could leave a 0 I would! I've been price-matching several locations, and all have been extremely nice. I've called this location SEVEN TIMES during business hours throughout two weeks. Finally got an answer on the eighth try to find out that the woman answering the phone was EXTREMELY rude and knew zero about customer service. I was warned by a friend who used them for their company that they showed up an hour late and with the wrong tables and were rude to them like THEY were the ones that made the mistake. I know they can't keep afloat constantly changing locations of their show room. So I tried to be understanding and assumed they were just having an off day so despite my better judgment I attempted to use their service and was completely blown away. I 100% would not recommend it!!!!!!!*****By her obnoxious and rude response you can clearly tell why there are so many reviews on bad customer service alone. She didn't understand the reason I was calling was that I sent another request in for an order that was barely short of the minimum she was claiming to have to deliver. Which was $1000. That's why I was trying to speak to someone but she claims it was so hard to drive up to Lytle Creek when none of my other rental services for the event have complained once are charged me anything extra. (including another box truck) I totally would have said no thank you or that I'd get back to her, but she was rude from the very beginning before there was even an issue. And the phrase is suck, not eat.

Had an appointment at 10:30 for a viewing of some items I'd prefer seeing the condition of in person it's now 10 minutes PAST my appointment time I've called their number at least 12 times since 0900 am , just to be called as I'm writing this review for her to tell me that she didn't even have me on schedule (mind you I made this appointment with her about three weeks ago) and that she was busy at an event but could see me in 20 minutes ( just for her to STILL NOT BE HERE 30 minutes later ) . I take professionalism in a business as a big thing, and this just left a very bad taste in my mouth. Maybe this review will be updated in the event if I choose to go forward with them but at this point I just feel like how can I trust you to show up to my party on time and have me on schedule if you can't even keep to a viewing appointment on time and on schedule?? I'm sure the items they have inside are beautiful, etc. but professionalism and trustworthiness in a business is a big thing .Ok after having a conversation with Dawn, I changed the review score on this because she made me feel at ease even though I was upset with the initial lack of appointment time. I am happy to move forward with her because of how she handled the situation today.

Such a disappointment and glad I caught this before actually hiring this company. When I called, I asked for a quote for 60X100 clear tent, and the sales person told me that they combine the tents to create a 60X100. She indicated she needed to speak to her crew to give me a proposal. The quote was extremely expensive and to make matters worst, the sales person was RUDE! I called her numerous times with questions and was completely taken by surprise that in all our conversations, the sales person failed to tell me they were quoting me a smaller tent! She was very clear that once I gave a deposit there was no option to cancel and I would be responsible for the entire amount, so I asked if this was their only clear tent, or if they had multiple clear tents so I could figure out how quickly I would have to decide, and she told me they multiple. After a few more calls, I noticed that I only saw a 40X100 tent and asked if there was a 2nd tent for 20X100 based on our previous conversation she just said, that was all they had available on that day and that their 60X100 was already rented out. I was shocked at her answer, this is not what she had told me previously, so the moment I said, Wow! That's a lot of money and not the size we discussed, I got a message on the proposal that the sales rep had cancelled the quote!!!!! It was at that point, I realized she clearly not interested in doing business. This is not a company I would trust for my next party.

Used this vendor for Thanksgiving and the following weekend for a wine party. Rented tables chairs and wineglasses. Delivery (& pick up after the events) was very prompt/timely. Equipment was clean and in very good condition. Would definitely recommend!!

The staff was a pleasure to work with for our event. We rented tablecloths in varied sizes, which were clean and thick. Tim, the owner, was very kind to carry them to my trunk as they were very heavy for me. I look forward to work with them in the future!

What an incredible team here at PUAC!! Tim and Lisa were such a delight to collaborate with. They were the preferred vendor for rentals at the Claremont Garner House, and I am so grateful to have had them help us with my wedding reception! Tim and Lisa are honest, easygoing, and incredibly supportive. They were always available for a quick phone call, and very supportive when we asked to meet at their warehouse to view their rental options and go over our contract. Tim even went the extra mile to give us his best advice on the overall design (shapes/sizes of tables, differences in chairs, linen colors, etc). The team at PUAC was more than willing to help us stay within our budget, and equally as helpful and collaborative with arranging a cohesive layout for our reception. Drop-off the day before the wedding went by super fast, and pickup the same night of our wedding (due to another event happening) went off without a hitch. Everything turned out beautifully. I have used this business a few times now and every time they have been great! Easy to work with, even when I have changed my mind on table sizes or linen colors it hasn't been a problem. Delivery and pick up have always been very smooth! I definitely recommend Pull Up A Chair!
