Prime Mexican Restaurant

The food was delicious. Enjoyed the fish, tasty veggies and rice. It was a great atmosphere.

So we (a party of 4) went to try this restaurant for the first time. The inside of the restaurant was very nice. Service was very good. The chicharrones were serve instead of the regular chips and salsa. They were very good. Not everyone at our table likes chicharrones, so chips as an option would be good. There was one order of Chile Verde with rice and beans. It was very good. One order of a Asada burrito. It was good but a little dry. There were two orders of the fish tacos. Both people didn't care for them because the inside of the fish was under cooked.The margaritas were excellent. Hoping the kinks get worked out so we have another excellent restaurant in Chino.

I have no idea why this place has such good reviews. First time here and it will be my last I ordered asada tacos, fish tacos, chicken mole plate and ended up tossing everything. Once I got home I realized the asada was extremely undercooked, the fish inside the taco was rubbery which makes me think that it's old and they are reheating it. Mexican rice was hard, and mole had no flavor. Over all felt like I was eating leftovers that have been in the fridge for a while.

First time here! Tried the jalapeño poppers (not pictured), the enchiladas michoacanas with chicken and a coco michelada! All sooo good!! Also had 3 tacos (Al pastor, chicken and asada, those were ok!) Love that they give you chicharrones with salsa to start and love how friendly and welcoming the staff was!! Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu!

I have gone 3 times and have yet to see the staff being friendly. Every time I felt rushed, and the food is not authentic. I have gone with family and friends and always feels like I'm being treated as if the restaurant is doing us a favor/giving food for free. I don't mind paying for high quality food, but this food doesn't meet the claims of being "Prime". After 3 visits, I have yet to see anything worth going back for.

New restaurant in the city of Chino. Tuck in a corner spot near the old Olive Garden. Great ambiance. Comfortable seats. Warm welcome. Coming here near sunset was nice with the sun facing the restaurant, this place was cool and comfortable. Very well shaded. Server bought out drinks and food fairly quickly with the exception of my fish taco. Must try the jalapeño poppers. The dipping sauce was delicious and not spicy. Looking forward to see the start of their daily specials. Coming back on Sunday for menudo.

I found my new favorite Mexican restaurant in Chino. Prime Mexican on Philadelphia st is Amazing. Clean ambiance with TVs and friendly staff. Jocelyn was very helpful and Sam the Owner was very welcoming.We tried Menudo, very clean, lots of meat. Best so far in the IE. Also the Chilaquiles w/Asada was bomb. Their habanero chili was unique but not too much you couldn't enjoy it. Pork Rindes and homemade corn tortillas nice touch. Paloma with wine, very tasty. We will be back to try more!!

I really wanted to like this place as it is relatively close to our house and they have good taco Tuesday deal. But the meats were all a little bit on the salty side and the food overall was pretty mediocre.

Food was very good, service good, waitress was very attentive. Went on Taco Tuesday & they were very tasty.
