I don't read long reviews, so I'll keep it short:Delivered as promised. I expressed specifics about the cake's look and taste for my Wife's Bday. My wife, who's difficult to please taste wise, was happy and surprised on how good the cake looked. We hated to cut into it

So happy with this cake it was supper cute and delicious. I ordered this for my sons 6th bday as a crayola themed party.Communication was pretty good, some times it would take a day or two for the response via text but not when it really mattered when addressing what I wanted the cake to look and taste like, and arranging drop off. I will be buying my next cake in the next few weeks and the cake was so good that I had a few of my friends that attended the party request the info.

lorna you are the best!!! thank you so much for making my daughters' beautiful cake last minute. it was so beautiful i didn't want to eat it! our party loved every bit of it. i will keep you in mind for our next event!

She was the absolute best! My son had been asking for a hot wheels cake for the last 2 years so I finally got him one. I reached out to a couple bakers and they were either unable to do it bc they were booked or bc the couldn't make the "loopty loop" that I wanted. Not only was she able to make the cake, she delivered it AND it was sooo good!! Talk about great customer service! The kids at the party loved it! It got a little smushed at the party by one of the workers at venue but nothing to do with Pretty-N-Pink Pastry. Highly recommend and she will be my go to for all birthday cakes moving forward.

Was in search for a local bakery for my son's 2nd birthday cake. I reached out to numerous bakeries based on Yelp photos and ratings. I sent my inquiries with requests for sizes, flavors, availability and pricing along with a photo of the cake that I wanted (Disney Cars). I value responsiveness when dealing with businesses / vendors and Lorna was very timely with replies. Not only is she timely with her replies, but she is also detailed. All questions were answered thoroughly, which was not the case with other businesses. Although I reached out to a handful of bakeries, I determined right away that Lorna would be the best option. The finished cake product was perfect...We were very pleased with the appearance along with the taste and moist texture of the cake (see photo). It was packaged in a sturdy boxed carton with handle which made it easy for carrying. My son was so happy when he first saw his Cars cake... Thank you Lorna for your creative and delicious work! I've found my local baker of choice in Pretty-N-Pink Pastry!!

Wow wow wow is all I can say! Lorna did an excellent job on my husband's birthday cake. She brought my vision to life and even added an extra flare. I sent her two pictures and boy, did she deliver! Her responses were prompt, professional, and thorough. Not to mention she delivered the cake to my home the morning of his birthday, just in time to surprise him. I highly recommend Pretry-N-Pink Pastry for any dessert need!

I booked Chef Lorna for my sons Birthday party and man! She provided a custom cake, included everything my son loves, balloons and a dessert table. She did such a great job of the concept I had in mind. Everyone loved it and complimented the decor. My son was so taken back with the cake! Cherry on top Chef Lorna was friendly, professional and easy to work with. I will book again.

From the very beginning, I clearly communicated that I wanted a three-tiered cake for my engagement party. The photos of our conversation, which include full context, confirm this. You quoted me for different sizes, and we discussed options for a 10-inch base in the context of a three-tier cake. At no point did I agree to a single-tier design.Your claim that I initially praised the cake is absolutely false. As the attached photos show, I took pictures of the cake immediately upon delivery and expressed my dissatisfaction right away--not hours later. The cake that was delivered was nothing like what was requested, the flowers were yellow and wilted, and the overall presentation was far from acceptable. My review includes detailed timestamps and images to back this up.Regarding your mention of a 'cooling bag' for transport, the cake was delivered without a box, which is unsanitary. Also, your delivery team did not confirm anything with me about the cake layers. As I've stated, I was visibly upset when your sister delivered the cake, and I did not express any form of satisfaction.To address your claim that I accepted further services to add more tiers: this is a blatant lie. I never agreed to have you make additional tiers. In fact, I explicitly told you that I did not want you to make the remaining tiers after seeing the poor quality of what was delivered. I have screenshots that show I clearly refused any further services. You lost my trust entirely after delivering a subpar cake, and I didn't want to risk further disappointment on such a special day.I stand by my original review. I have provided all necessary evidence, including full and accurate text messages and photos that have not been manipulated. If anyone is misrepresenting the facts, it is not me.Customer service isn't about being defensive; it's about taking responsibility when things go wrong. Unfortunately, this situation was handled poorly from start to finish, and I would never want another customer to experience what I did.

Every one in the party loved the cake .I didn't get to taste it because it was devoured . All I could say she made my son day and she made everything easy and smooth from the time I asked if she could get it done to the delivery point. Looking forward for more cakes. THANKS A MILLION

Very professional and the cake was just what I wanted. My daughter loved it! The process was easy and the cake was not only pretty on the outside but was also very tasty! And the perfect addition was the LED headlights on the car!
