Pressed Juicery

First time here after spending three hours at Color Me Mine--honestly I was attracted to the ad out front displaying the chicolate strawberry sundae. It's non-dairy somehow, and kind of thicker than regular soft serve--served with chocolate drizzle, fresh strawberries, and marshmallows. So decadent and delicious! It's very spacious and bright inside but does not have much seating. I sat at the counter by the window. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

A regular stop for our juice cleanses. The inside is clean and both workers there were patient and friendly, answering all our questions. All the juices are easy to drink as well. I've also tried their açaí freeze and it's delicious. Prices are reasonable too at the VIP price. Ended up signing up for their VIP membership ($10 a month that can be applied to any item(s)).

After lunch at the Yard House, we strolled the mall and found a fairly new healthy shop called Pressed.They are known for healthy fresh juices but they have many specialty ice cream also. After trying lots of different samples decided on Açaí berry fruit bowl.Everything was freshly made with healthy ingredients.Place was clean, simple modern look. But most importantly, my friends and I thought the customer service was outstanding with a big friendly smile. Employee can make or break a business. She's a role model for good customer service ... I forgot her name but see photo :)

I usually go to Restore for treatment and then take my daughter on the kids' train afterward. Lately, I go to Pressed afterward to get their detox juices or their soft serve dairy-free - which is excellent because my daughter does dairy-free (& has too much a sweet tooth). I love ordering on the app and picking it up. It is quick and easy. The juices are really good and the place is kept clean. Overall, a good quick stop for some healthy ice cream or juice !!

Tried my first cleanse and have to say it went great ! It's not as unbearable as I thought . I actually liked all the juices I will be incorporating these juices weekly

Wanted to try out a juice cleanse so I ordered online. The pick up was super easy and fast. It's located by the shoppes so you can also walk around. The juices were refreshing and light. Service was quick and polite. Definitely will do more cleanses with pressed! Maybe more of a one day cleanse because three was a struggle.

Never again will I order from this location. Workers here lack training and customer service skills. It was my first time placing an order from Pressed Juicery and upon pick up the 2 workers behind the counter told me my order was in the fridge. I stood there pulling up the bar code for them to scan only to be told that they didn't need to scan it. I opened the fridge and my 7 bag order with 42 juices were all tied together with curling ribbon. I pulled out one bag from the bottom of the fridge and almost dropped it because all bags were tied together. I struggled to get the bags out and finally asked for help while both workers just stood behind the counter looking and doing absolutely nothing. I was the only customer in the entire store and both workers looked bothered by the fact that I requested one of them to come help me. Seeing that I had both hands full, not one of them came to open the door for me to exit. Bottom line, this is crappy customer service. Will be taking my money elsewhere.

Came in around 10:30 am after a visit at my med-spa. No one was in the store, not even 1 employee at the front counter. It took about 5-10 mins for the employee to come from the back. When she came out she had a sour attitude. I placed my order, and her response was...is that it? No "your order will be right up", no "thank you".I continued to be polite after spending $33 and after we got our açaí bowls...I said thank you and still no response from the sour attitude employee with pigtails.Honestly, if you don't like your job, don't take it out on the customers. I won't be coming back as I can overpay for an acai bowl at another establishment w/out the bad attitude.

Update: I just saw that this same employee I refer to below has been complained about several times!!!! She needs to be let go because it will affect your business!!! Hello, anyone reading this? I love this place and have always had amazing food and good service. Unfortunately that wasn't the case last Sunday. There was one young woman working in dirty blonde braids who was very unfriendly as soon as she saw my friend wearing a maga hat in the store. I wouldn't jump to that conclusion normally but she acted very short and unfriendly and then when she gave me the large freeze the cup was half full. Normally the size of the swirl comes above the cup and you are given a generous amount. But this was so obvious she was triggered and this is what I got. Pathetic. I should have said something at the time but because she was so unfriendly I couldn't be bothered. So I'm letting everyone know here. Be careful of this girl who works there on a Sunday.

After eating their energy bowl, which I normally love, I ended up having food poisoning symptoms (nausea, stomach cramps, vomiting, diarrhea) about an hour after eating it. Thankfully I went straight home after eating, as it would have a been a nightmare having this happen in public. I am sad. I loved this place, but I cannot risk getting food poisoning again at an establishment that doesn't follow food & safety guidelines.There were no paper towels in the bathroom. I am guessing hand washing is lacking amongst employees.
