Pot On Fire

I recently visited Pot on Fire, and overall, it was a great experience! The broth options are absolutely incredible--rich, flavorful, and perfect for any taste preference. I ordered the spicy Sukiyaki Pot, and it did not disappoint. What sets Pot on Fire apart is the level of care they put into the experience. Everything was amazing from the cleanliness of the beautiful restaurant to the amazing customer service especially from our server Mai. Even though the restaurant was busy he made sure we were taken care of. It's rare to find a restaurant with this level of quality in services!Would recommend this spot to any hot pot lovers looking for quality and variety.

I got a to-go order at 3 pm. I was told that I can still get the lunch deal with the free teas and the cashier asked me teas I wanted. Since I ordered 2 hotpots, 1 sukiyaki, and 1spicy taiwanese hot pot I was supposed to get 2 teas. I was in the middle of a work call so when the cashier handed my to-go bag, I didn't realize until hours later after driving home that the teas were not in the bag :(I know it was partially my fault for not checking, but I wish the staff included it in my bag or told me. The food was good overall.

It was more like Face On Fire. Although I appreciate the abundance of flame to the pot, every time I would grab food from the pot, the flames would fly up to my face almost scorching my face.They must have ran out of pots as the other pots were much larger in width. My pot was smaller. They should not be using the smaller pot as flames to a customer's face screams potential lawsuit.I was not fan of the sukiyaki broth nor the raw egg that took a long time to cook in the broth. Also, the service was slow as my waiter even acknowledged that they were slow. I could easily see that tables were not cleaned off immediately after eating as there were a couple of tables that needed to be bussed.

Went here on cold & windy day.There was 2 seat table available fortunately at the time we visit.Good offer during lunch since they offer free milk tea on every hot pot order.Me & my husband shared the Tofu Preserved Egg Version and tasted decent. What makes us lil bit dissatisfied was the fish ball with the taste compared to the price they tagged.Service was swift, though the wi-fi was not working at all with no good reception on our phones.

Tried Pot On Fire in Chino a few years back and enjoyed it! Sadly, I didn't have the same experience in Eastvale. My order had potential but here's what they could do better for next time. I can say that the medium spicy broth was its saving grace. -- Cut thicker slices of pumpkin and add more pieces of meat -- Explain the ordering system especially with the broth flag system at the end of the table-- Friend said he liked the fish sandwich the most but this is a hotpot establishment??¿¿Service was decent but you can tell that the workers don't want to be there. Hope to drop by after they improve on portion size and training their staff.

I would say, this location is amazing, maybe on my next visit. Good thing is menu is different, offers cheap variety of food including sandwich ($9.99) + $3 for side of fried food (they actually only have you order fries and their fries have no seasoning) and drink (milk, black, or green tea). I had my bento box of just sweet beef, radish, egg and rice for $10. I got full, it was good enough for me. First, we weren't able to connect to the wifi and order on the phone. The server was nice enough to ask us and help us order on the tablet but even though she did that, the server's service.... Minus one star. A female, not the shift lead, on a Saturday 11/23/24 at around 12:30pm. She was very distracted while taking our orders, she kept looking to the front of the store and I have no idea why. My mom ordered green tea, and she repeated it as black tea, but I corrected her as green tea and she still came back with a black tea. Hence why the minus star. Our table, does not have that flag for more broth option, but she server came back and checked on us. Minus one star on the business for saying fried food but actually only allow you to pick fries with no seasoning.

有人喜歡你，也有人會不喜歡你，其實你不需要踮起腳尖，喜歡你的人自然會彎腰～Pot on fire 來 Eastvale 好一陣子了， 暑假就來吃過他們的鍋，當然味道跟在Chino的是一樣的，非常有水準，而且我記得暑假來的時候好像加肉只要兩塊錢，非常喜歡他們的臭臭鍋，從他們一開始到現在吃了都數不清幾鍋或幾年了，現在 Eastvale 也有好吃��的臭臭鍋了， 讚！

We ordered three hot pots in total: the House Special and the Cilantro Century Egg Hot Pot. Having a steaming hot pot after a day of skiing is truly amazing. Highly recommend this place--great food and excellent service!

they had so many options for their soups! i chose satay beef and it was so delish. the staff are all young but the waiter we had was really funny lol i love them. 10/10 would go again!
