Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Forgot to ask the name of the lady working, was 10:30 11/2. I had used the Popeyes mobile app to order and didn't check the location. I was at the Magnolia location and stupidly assumed it would pick the store I was standing in. It didn't it ordered it at Arlington. It took me a few minutes of standing there to figure it out. I asked the guy at the store and he didn't know anything. So, I rode my electric scooter all the way to the other one in the FREEZING 57 degree night (cold for here lol) I explained to her what happened. She said the other location could have called and transfer the order. Guess they didn't know, whatever the case. I sat down to eat a few bites before I left, since it had taken me 25 minutes to scoot there she said my fries were cold and gave me some fresh ones. I've been to a lot of Popeyes, and can't ever remember a location where the employees were this nice, let alone hardly give a sh*t lol. I told her I was good with the fries I was already eating, but she insisted. It's pretty common to get iffy service at a Popeyes, And the hot fries after that long cold as hell ride were perfect.The guy working was also friendly, I'm terrible with names so I can't tell you who he was either. Another plus they're open till 12 and the Magnolia one closes at 10. And that one ALWAYS seem to run out of something I want. So I'll be scooting my ass to the Arlington one from now on. Thank you for the hot fries, I'll never forget it! *overly dramatic*

When you want to order a lemonade drink using the kiosk you select lemonade and the only options are half gallon and one gallon had to buy a soda cup and ask for a lemonade .

We placed a large catering order for pickup today. We didn't know they would package up everything so nicely and provide all the serving utensils. It was everything we needed. I appreciate Rebecca, the manager, for making sure we were taken care of. Thank you so much! (and the food was great too ;)

Finally an efficient Popeyes location, got my order on time. Unlike the Highland location. Great customer service too

We were excited when this location first opened but quickly lost interest after repeatedly getting wrong orders and waiting forever in the drive thru. So yesterday after almost a year I decided to go through the drive thru to get the ghost pepper chicken sandwich. There were 3 cars ahead of me and 30 minutes later I got my sandwich only to find out later it wasn't the right one and had no spice what-so-ever. I'm done with this place. Sad as the employees are always so nice so it has to be management and training issues.

Long waits, dirty restaurant and panhandlers. Must be better options. Ask you to pull into the parking lot when they can't fulfill orders. Need to pull out onto traffic to pull back into parking lot. Asked for extra condiments for the 30 or so tenders I was overcharged for. 2 packets of ranch. Let this place go out of business

This place is so unprofessional. We were sitting in the drive through for about 5 minutes with nobody answering. We kept saying "hello??" And nobody was answering. Don't go here unless you want to be waiting forever.

7:50 pm Tuesday July 23. Waited 15 minutes to have someone greet me in the drive thru. 10 more minutes waiting in the drive thru. No Mac and cheese not a big deal. Forgot my extra biscuit. No napkins or no spork for the mash potatoes . Just handed me the bag and closed the window. Not a 1 star. Food was good. Solid 3 . Customer service sucks....

Hanna always makes sure I'm good and makes sure I have my sauces. She is truly an amazing manager and I wouldn't be going if it wasn't for her. Food is always immaculate but the service is even better. Thank you Hanna and crew.

This place is always out of something!!! Popular items at that. How do you run out of wings/ pies not to mention the food is cold and thrown together. Service is sad and I've regret every time I ever visit them. Three times too many. I give them two thumbs down and the gas mask!!!! Call corporate and arrange to do undercover boss . Grade = F art, Funky And foul.
