Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The food looked beat up and they had poor customer service, the place was empty but they kept walking away. And to top it off we asked to get new bread and they said that all the bread looked deformed because of there bread machine. Not happy with the service and way the food looked.

I never had any issues with this Popeyes location. I usually order my food through the App. I have seen it super packed before and during those times is when it can take awhile to get food. Spicy Tenders are the best as well as the Chicken Sandwich and Fries. I'd say Popeyes has the best fries of all fast food chains.

I didn't apply for a job at Popeyes so why am I being forced to use a kiosk to place my order. This is corporate greed run a muck, I was on a time crunch because I needed to get back to work, but will not be coming back until you hire someone to take orders. Shout out the skeleton crew that is as holding it down. Ya'll lost a customer due to your greed.

Never had a problem with Popeyes, especially this location, this my go to (Magnolia). But today they have disappointed me very badly.Staff took forever and by the time i got home to eat, i find that the order is wrong and my food looks like this. Its like they just sucker punched BOTH my sandwiches. This is honestly the worst staff I've been attended by. Im sorry but this is ridiculous

Every visit the spicy chicken sandwich is a BIG WINNER. The chicken is consistently super crunchy, and hangs over the side of the bun. This makes for a joyful exercise to position the thing so I can strategically bite my sandwich bff so I get some pickle. LOVE the pickle!! Mrs. Yelper gives me her pickle. That makes her a keeper. So far Popeye beats out Chick fil A and McDonalds, not even close. I order off the App and it usually comes out FAST.

Customer Service: 5 stars for Roland (weeks ago). He was very nice and patient. Very helpful too because I was trying to navigate the app and check out the deals. Today, after I ordered in app, I came in to request for a couple pieces in my order to be spicy (I had ordered mild so kids could eat), and they had no problems with this change. Price: 2-3 stars. Not great deals but definitely use the app for currently two free pieces with $10 purchase. The coupons in the app are easy to use for mobile order or have the option for use in restaurant. Suggestion: Do click around on the deals in the app though as I noticed the price of the 4 pieces chicken meal dinner LARGE drink combo was $11.59 and the regular MEDIUM drink combo was $11.99. Same 4 piece chicken meal, regular side, biscuit, and SMALL drink for $12.99. Check out my pics, that was silly. Taste: 4 stars. Crispy fried chicken. Enough said. Lol. Possibly even 4.5 stars. Crispy batter is hard to resist.

Bad customer service, very understaffed and manager was just sitting down doing nothing. Then our order was incomplete when I received it.

NEVER go inside this place before closing because your food will be terrible and the ambiance is nothing short of unprofessional.I spoke with the store manager and corporate and all they did was issue me a $5 coupon ! This is my second time in there where it was complete chaos!!!

First time here. 22 minutes to get my food after paying at the kiosk. All the food was cold and stale. Look at the Mac n cheese it looks disgusting. Nothing was hot and fresh. Not coming back here ever again. No fork or spoon. No napkins. Hope I don't get sick.
