Horrible service. Order 2 chicken sandwich's and wing combo Only got one sandwich, when I pulled up to the drive through the lady was eating and said she ran out of chicken sandwiches I was supposed to get 12 wings and only got 10.

I absolutely do not like wasting my money or my time and that is exactly what happened with your location.Customer service is very poor, the grade of the food runs right alongside of that as well. The young lady at the front counter has an option to either take your order or you could use the kiosk as an option, I was directed to the kiosk. Next the quality of the food is absolutely disrespectful, the wings were precooked and stage by the dozens so don't expect to get any hot and juicy wings here, the biscuits were overcooked and had a time expiration label on it so that wasn't fresh as well. Keep in mind they were not busy at all at 2:30 pm in the afternoon you would figure that they would have fresh cooked food at this time of the day in preparation for the evening and on into the night. My total amount of money I wasted here was $18.16 my time wasted was 25 minutes My personal recommendation would be to hire a staff that knows how to run a chicken joint and not kids.Horrible experience!!!!!

The employees were polite but service was the slowest ever. Prioritizing too many online orders over walk-in customers is clearly the problem !!

Ordered a big order from this establishment and half of my order was under cooked. Other half was over cooked safe to say I won't be eating here. Oh and the fries? Stale and underwhelming.

I came through the drive thru at 4:35. Server said they were out of fries until tomorrow, my order wouldn't be ready for 8 minutes, and they charge for sauce. I purchased 4 chicken sandwiches, 3 pieces of chicken, and Mac n cheese and had to pay for sauce. it was only $1.25, but with all that I ordered, plus no fries available you wouldve thought they couldve thrown those in at no cost. When I came back, one sauce was missing. I told Irene at the counter and she gave me two extra. Irene understands customer service.

Placed an online order. Apparently this meal does not include a biscuit although it shows in the picture and in discription, nor does it include the chicken on the receipt. Received 2 wings and 1 thigh.

Horrible service. They are overcooking their chicken and biscuits. Both were horrible. Maybe sat too long for the biscuits.But the chicken was overcooked and taste burnt. Like the oil needs to be changed. Even the classic chicken replacement they gave me was dark in color and still tasted burnt. So it has to be the oil. Very disappointed as the cost is not cheap.

Horrible customer service. Standing at the front register for 20 minutes without anyone noticing or bothering to ask me if I needed help. My order was suppose to be ready for pick up at 8pm. Even after my order was ready for pick up I still waited another 5 minutes until one of them finally decided they wanted to speak up. The employees were just talking amongst themselves on their cellphones and minding their own business. I noticed they were busy but they wouldn't look my way or acknowledge that I was standing there. But they helped one customer before me and one who came after me and all the other customers in the drive through. I will not come back to this location again.

Customer service is terrible, they now want all walk in Customer to use the self service check point, My wife and I walked in And we walked up to the old cash registers to view the menu.While viewing the menu we had a couple of questions. There were 5 people working in the back. I ask several times excuse me to see if someone will come help us at the front register. No one ever walked up to give us a hand. After about 5 minutes someone finally walked up and told us we had to use the self service registers. She was very unpolite. Customer service at this location has gone out the door and that's exactly what we did. We just left without even ordering. I wouldn't be going back and take my business elsewhere.
