Never had bad experience. The people are nice and my food is always hot and fresh. I usually order from the app and pick up

After a far drive from work all I wanted was some chicken before the game, so I decided to stop by Popeyes. This location was somewhat busy. 5 families dining in and 6 people waiting for their food. However, i don't see this as a reason to have waited 30 minutes for my food. After getting my food, I saw that the chicken tenders were extremely small!! Wth!! This was a waste of $24. If I would've taken 24 $1 bills and cut it up into confetti to celebrate last night's win, it would've been worth it! For $24 I could've bought 10 lbs of chicken breast plus had a hot dog & soda meal at Costco!2 stars for the very long wait and ridiculously minuscule chicken tenders.

Ran out of drinks(sprite and sweet tea) and No regular unsweetened tea took over 30 min to get food. Will not return even though it is close to my home, I would rather go to Carl's Jr and get better service and food. Ordered a Large Mac and Cheese they only filled the container 3/4 of the way. I paid extra for the classic bacon and cheese chicken sandwich which add NO cheese or bacon! Became check your order, they will rip you off.

The food was good... it took a long time for my order to come out.... 6 people behind the counter....but they must be new... one seem to be in control but the other kids weren't listening.....Anyway, don't go if you're on your lunch and in a hurry.....I overheard a customer that used the online app to order & she was still waiting when I got my food.....

I recently ordered a 12 piece meal for my family. The food came out hot and quick. However, after eating it, my whole family got sick. I was up cleaning vomit from all over the house all night (5 kids and myself). I tried calling for a few days with no answer because their phone is apparently broken. They were reported to the health department because we clearly got sick from Popeyes as this was the only thing we ate in common. Once I felt better, I went in person to request a refund. I was told by Alan and Alejandro that they can't give me a refund because they already paid a fine to the health department. & supposedly the only manager that has the authority to give me a refund is only there on Monday mornings. I'm not calling off work to get the money I lost on contaminated food. That was the worse customer service I've ever experienced & I will not be returning. Eat somewhere else.

They came through one evening when KFC was being lazy saying they're closed at 9pm. I ordered a 2 piece combo and ghost pepper wings. Chicken was decent, but the wings and fries that I had with my order tasted like they'd been sitting around for awhile. Honestly can't be surprised, with how close it was to closing time. Service was good and insanely quick.

This has got to be by far the worst Popeyes experience that I have ever had. My boyfriend ordered a surplus of chicken for lunch and dinner, Popeyes was the only thing that we ate that day and we woke up in the middle of the night at 3 AM. My boyfriend had shortness of breath, intense stomach, pains, and vomiting. I strongly recommend that you run as far as you can can away from this Popeyes location.

Popeyes is Old School "Good" Old Fashion Fried Chicken. Crispy and Crunchy is the way especially for Fast Food. Can't complain it's tasty and delicious the Crunchy Chicken is perfectly cooked all the time and we always get a good meal served to go made right.

Just placed an online order, showed up and picked up my order, I checked to make sure all my stuff was in the bad, to my surprise it looked like it was. I went to work and when I opened up one of the sand which bags, I ended up finding out it was full of fries instead of a sandwich. A whole chicken sandwich was missing from my order. I can't go back either because I'm already at work!
