Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I have not had any issues with this Popeyes. I have never dined in. I only order though the app, usually family meals. I love that Popeyes let's me use rewards and a coupon at the same time in the app. I showed up and the drive thru was closed this month for construction, but was able to go inside and they already had my order ready and it was correct. I can't say that about KFC, there have been times where they didn't even start on it.If I had to rate the original spicy chicken, it's great, however, the best fast food fried chicken, hands down is Jollibee. Jollibee #1, Popeyes is 2nd. KFC has just been bad service and overpriced and don't have the spicy.

This is my second time coming here, the service is very good both times, it's a quieter location I guess because of the road work. Both times my order was done right although I requested some modifications. The inside of the store is clean and appealing. I order spicy chicken only and oh my! It's always delicious, hot and fresh! I like their fries, but don't let it cool down cuz it doesn't taste good then.

Very very poor service! They are never prepared to run this business. They couldn't sell macaroni and cheese because their cooking equipment didn't work. They were having problems with their french fry cooker. On another occasion, I ordered a family package they forgot to pack my biscuits, they didn't have napkins or spoons. Their electronics credit card machine didn't. They should just throw in the towel and close his joint down. It's really bad.

This is the worst managed Popeyes in town. You have drive thru and customers waiting over 30mins to place orders and as of this review it's been over 30 mins since my online ordered been placed. You've been warned. Do not give your business here. These employees are over worked and dealing with non stop complaintsNow 45 mins since online order placed.Don't waste your time doing business here.They only place your order when you check in after the line of people who were waiting over 39 mins ago.

Service is horrible and slow The food was cold and not very good. To top it off the bathroom was filthy no toilet paper and a pile of napkins on the floor for you to use, and the plumbing is atrocious. I hope the health department sees this post.

Ordered 2 biscuits got home not in bag then tried calling and no answer horrible business.

NEVER FUCKING COME HERE. I been waiting 30 min for 2 chicken sandwiches.. they won't answer you drive thru either so you're forced to come in and endure their bullshit service. TRUST ME, let me save you time and money, GO THE FUCK SOMEHWHERE ELSE this shit would get 0 stars if i could.

I came at 11 am , and I ordered5 pieces chicken & a sanwich. I am disappointed.The fry chicken smell very bad and very old. I put it in trast can and throw away. They should fire the people work there. This is so bad.

The drive thru here is slow and the guy Jesus is very rude. And tolerated by the manager. This place sucks.

I ordered original, not spicy. Got spicy. Ordered 2 breasts and 1 leg, got one wing, leg, breast. Threw it away. I guess the lesson here is, don't go there unless you check your order well!
