This is proof of my order but they messed up really bad!!
Extra charges for no reason. Didn't get the fries. Got mostly wings.

Just wanted to leave a review for tonight's visit. The evening male store manager and the lady staff whom mentioned that she was covering for someone else was very professional and service was perfect. The food was fresh and hot, great customer service. That's all. Thank youNormally I didn't leave a review for this location because I typically did not have good experience in the past but I gave a chance today and was very pleased.

I never to this location before, and always go to the other location but never have like this experience. I am so rare give any comment or review to the restaurant that I visited, but my experience tonight is unacceptable!! First impressions very bad. Came to drive through, no one gave me attention about they behind of order or what. Just black screen and nothing else. I thought this location already close. And I keep saying "hai, hallow, anyone" and couple minutes later the lady greeted me.After she took the order, and I went to the window to do the payment there was only 1 car in front of me. I don't get it why they so behind, may be the stuff just chit chat in the back or playing phone or what? Ok, that's fine for me. That's not my business.And the lady on the register after I paid, she said give us couple minutes to cook fresh chicken. And I said, ok it's fine please take your time.Less than 2 minutes, the guy give me my order and I forgot to asked him if this is all my order? And his face is not smiling or may be he is under frustration of his life or something else!!And when I came home, totally my order was messed up! When I was ordering, I said no wings, because nobody like wing. And you guys can see on receipt, and when I want to eat all inside is 5 pcs wings!! Wtf!!And I don't comeback because totally wasting time!! And I just want to make sure if all the stuff is ok or anything and I make a phone call but the line was very busy, I don't know what they doing. What a waste of money!! P.S: I am the business owner and know how threats the customer, if you want you business keep running, you better training your staff to be honest to the customer and give the customer's order correctly. If you don't have the order or your place needs time to make the order just let the customer know about it. Don't be stupid and never assume if customer like the joke like this.

How is it that now employees are getting $20 minimum wage & yet are more lazy & less helpful to customers?So never again will I come in to get anything from Popeyes First of all, you suck and deal with the kiosk which we all have to learn but how do you ask anyone of the six or seven employees who are working inside for guidance explanation of the machine?Did you hear one of the employees till one of the other customers? I guess I would have to take your order here Whoever the idiot that came up with the idea of paying the more I think he was smoking something and it should've been need to pay the bus Minimum wage was put together for all of us when we are in high school and college so we learn a bit of life and then get a real job.

I came through the drive-thru during my lunch hour (1-2 pm) on a Wednesday and Diego was the person who "greeted" me. I use quotations because he was very dry. And I am not sure if he wasn't listening to begin with or just struggles with multi-tasking at the window but I had to repeat my entire order 3 times. And he made sure to stress the extra cost of the mac & cheese before ever confirming my order. When I got to the window, I even said thank you and he gave no reply. No "Have a great day" or connection whatsoever but he did provide plenty of direct eye contact. There was just a real lack of customer service etiquette in regards to greeting and providing customers an experience that would warrant their return and costs. I know it didn't make me want to return anytime soon nor do I plan too! And $18 for a shrimp platter meal just seems wild - inflation or not. P.S. And although the shrimp was tasty the mac & cheese (that costs extra) felt like an after thought. Too much excess cheese that really overwhelmed the overall taste.

This is by far the worst treatment i have ever recieved at any popeyes chicken, for starters although there was not a person in the dining area the workers would not take my order, said i had to use the kiosk, i placed my order and upon check out asked about military discount, the worker then said cancel my order with an attitude and decided to take my order, at which time i noticed the kiosk price and register prices were different i asked about it the was told it was taxes, but the kiosk had that already factored in... the guy working still had a very bad attitude, to the point i kindly let him know if he were on the streets he wouldnt dare have that type of attitude... with the dining area completely empty and the drive thru having but one other car i can not see why he would be so irritated especially with a customer who came in and was very nice toned to him as well as the other employees...

I love Popeyes and ordered from this locartion last night through Doordash! I got everything I asked for and the chicken was well cooked and the flavors consistent with the Brand Recipe that I'm used to! I appreciate how well they prepared the Biscuits too (not burnt), how fresh and flavorful the Coleslaw was, and how I had plenty of that Amazing Cajun Gravy to go with my Mashed Potatoes.

Terrible terrible terrible never again will i come here .. there's always an issue and the waiting time is to long. When i get my food it's super cold and they always miss something and i always have to come back and get what they forgot. also didn't get afford a refund. Didn't want to add a star but i have to for this to post.
