Pomona Carnival Games and Party Rentals

Ordered a few games for my daughter's 10th birthday super last minute. Family was extremely responsive and fulfilled drop off/ pickup on timely manner. I was extremely happy with the service and rentals! Will definitely book again!

The owner of this business was sooo nice, professional & AFFORDABLE!!! They handled my last minute & unexpected request AWESOMELY!!! Dropped off everything & picked up everything without a hitch!!! I would TOTALL USE THEM FOR EVERY PARTY/GET TOGETHER/ EVENT! Happy I found them!

Spoke primarily with Gabby via text. They were profession and on tiAll payment was electronic via Zelle. Just a note, they have newer and older supply and I think newer supply or better type chairs are just a tad bit more (but still affordable!). Be explicit for what you are asking for as their website is not fully updated. I was told they also have heat lamps, tents and even portable restrooms. They were good communicators and would use them again for my next party!

Gabby was great to work with. Very reliable and dependable. The balloons were a big hit at the graduation party!

I know this is a late post. This company is legit. At the time seeking their services, the previous party rental had stood me up day of my event. Stressed Pomona carnival stepped in and were able to save my event. Thank you!

Gabby responds quickly to inquire, she sends photos via text to help clients decide on the items to order. She also gives decent prices and the delivery arrives on schedule as arranged. As for the items, we ordered standard 6 ft tables and standard white folding chairs. Aside from some chairs being a bit worn, the items were in good condition when arrived. We also rented white linens and those were beautiful and elegant. We definitely recommend this small business and will be ordering again for future parties.

Recently rented a popcorn & cotton candy machine for my daughter's birthday.Pro's:-Gabby is nice-everyone loved the popcorn -I was only charged only for the supplies if the cotton candy machine even though the cotton candy machine kept dieing and after using 10 or so cones to clean out the burnt residue)Con's:-lack of communication (didn't confirm receiving deposit until I text & called), (didn't confirm what time they were arriving until the day of), (didn't give any instructions on how to use the machines until I called in a panic), (didn't explain that the customer has to provide extension cords, so I was frantically looking for some around my house and unplugging tv's)-the driver was late -when I asked if I could pay to have someone run it because it was not as simple as I was told, Gabby said she was out of state and couldn't help (I understand j asked the day of, but only because I was frantic due to the driver being late and gabby expected me to sit on the phone and get explain everything while I was trying to run a party)-didn't give a return say or time and text me saying the driver was out front after I asked the night before what time they would arrive and received no response (good thing we were home!)-cotton candy machine kept dieing and we maybe got 10 cones out of it in the last 10 minutes of our party (had to keep restating it and unplugging it), after using a bunch to clean out the burnt residue build up... it was a huge bummer!!! The kids were disappointed the whole party after being so excited. I would suggest paying extra for someone to run the machines, since they expect you to know how. As well as only get the popcorn machine.

We just used Pomona Carnival Games for our church's community picnic. They were super responsive via text and answered all questions. Delivery and pickup were punctual to the dot, and staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even clean the concession equipment for you post-event!! We will definitely reach out to them and use them for our next event.

Would totally recommend this company for any party rental need. Gabby was so responsive and had everything I needed for our event and at a very reasonable price compared to other quotes I received. I was kept informed of arrival times and they were punctual, friendly, and efficient. This will be my first call anytime I need party equipment in the future.

I used Pomona Carnival Games and Party Rental for my uncle's 100th birthday for 50 people. I was referred to them by another company who did not have the canopy that I needed and I'm so glad they did. I spoke to Gabby who was very accommodating and professional. Whenever I had a question, she answered it via text or called me. I paid a deposit via Zelle and she sent me a text as a receipt right away. When the employee arrived(don't remember his name), he was helpful and set up the chairs & canopy very quickly. It turned out we needed one more canopy and he had one on hand, put it up, and we just paid him directly. Thanks so much!
