My bf and I came here for BINGO Night, and we had a lot of fun! There was no music playing, so it was easy to hear the numbers being called. Cam (Kam?) was a very entertaining BINGO host! Tonight's group was lively and enthusiastic. I was lucky enough to win a round and get a free tray of snickerdoodle cookies :)The food was tasty! Their chicken caliente penne was packed with protein and vegetables, accompanied by two large slices of garlic bread. The Pollyburger meal was decent for being a value/deal menu (fair warning: they charge $1.50 extra for cheese, and don't inform you ahead of time. They ask "what kind of cheese would you like" implying it's included...), and included a slice of pie. And of course, their signature Banberry pie was delicious as always! The only critique we had regarding the portions was when we ordered a second slice of pie, it was quite disappointing (pictured below) for $5.99Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming! Aside from one of the waitresses, who kind of tossed/plopped my plate down in front of me and then left without a word. We might be returning customers for future BINGO Nights, but we'll be more wary about checking the menu for additional charges

We come to Polly's for FRANCIE. If she isn't the waitress- the food, service and atmosphere is not the same. She is very attentive and quick with service. We use to eat here about 3/4 nights a week- but she doesn't work as much- which is concerning. But when she is there we go in. Cam is also a gem, bingo on Wednesday with the two of them was great- Cam is always so sweet and kind. Her energy is outstanding

Our family has been dining at Polly's pies since the 1970's. We were very grateful to have one open closer to home. Breakfast is almost always busy; and the cinnamon rolls are to die for and are HUGE! Lunch they offer good specials on a small home cooked meal. With many food establishments in this economy they tend to be understaffed and overworked; but nonetheless they have some of the most amazing kind and helpful servers out of anywhere you'll go. Ask for Sheree, Cam, or Patty if they're available and you'll be in phenomenal hands. If you go for lunch or dinner don't miss trying the fresh baked dinner rolls and make sure to leave room for pie, or take some fresh baked cookies to go!

My boyfriend and I really wanted to like this place since my mom recommended it. We gave lunch a try both times we ordered pickup. And both times I got sick. The first time we figured was that dish since all the other times I was fine. The second time the exact same thing and I ordered a different dish. We will never go back.

Arrived around 5:30pm on a Sunday because we heard they had good prime rib. We had never been to a Polly's Pies and were looking forward to dinner here. The restaurant's interior is lackluster, but figured that's forgivable if the food is impressive. But... it took at least 10 minutes to be seated even though it wasn't particularly busy. Once we were seated, it took another 10 minutes for the hostess to take our drink order (she was covering for the server). Then, it was still another 10-15 minutes for the server to take our order. So far, the service here is underwhelming. Then, they told us they didn't have any prime rib left. The advertisement shows 4pm to closing, so we never imagined they'd be out so early! Then when we tried to order turkey, they said they were out of that, too! Imagine finding out 30 minutes after you arrive that two main menu items were unavailable? It wouldn't have been so frustrating if they had communicated with us sooner. We decided to leave at that point, because they didn't have what four of us were planning on ordering. We did have water and that was fine. How hard is it to say "By the way, we don't have X, but the Y and Z are great"? That could've made all the difference. I hope I have the opportunity to try them sometime soon. I'll update my review at that time.

Had the best cinnamon roll. It was huge! Really good service even though it was a busy holiday. Also had the turkey, Brie, cranberry sandwich. Oh so good! I think it may be seasonal but worth asking for it. Will definitely go back and try their pies. They are known for them!

Came here for breakfast with the parents and it was a great time! Our server was so kind and attentive, they served us a big portion of food; I ordered the avocado toast with country potatoes, the toast was a thick slice with mashed avocado, sliced tomato and you can choose how you want your eggs to be cooked, I chose poached. You get two poached eggs. It was delicious and so filling. It wasn't very crowded for a Saturday morning, so service was also pretty quick. Would definitely come back!

Polly's Pies is a delightful spot for anyone who loves comforting, homemade-style dishes. Every pie I've tried so far has been absolutely delicious, but my favorite has to be the double-crusted apple pie. It's perfectly sweet, with just the right amount of tartness and a flaky crust that's simply irresistible. Their dine-in food is decent as well--good enough to complement the overall experience. One standout from their menu is the pot pie, which is hearty, flavorful, and feels like a warm hug in every bite. Polly's Pies is definitely worth a visit, especially if you're a pie enthusiast!

Nasty prime rib sandwich. bottom bun was soggy before I even picked it up. Prime rib was over cooked and tasted like it was boiled!! Would never recommend coming here. Our waiter was also making rude/racist remarks. Not very nice or professional. went in at 6pm looked closed Almost all chairs where on the tables says it closes at 9pm.UPDATE: got food poisoning not long after had to throw up!!!

My family and I ate tonight and our service was amazing. We have been living in Moreno Valley for about 4 years and have always been on the fence about trying this place. Finally, we decided to give this place a try and it surprisingly didn't disappoint us. When we first walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and given a great place to sit to enjoy our dinner with our little family. The atmosphere of the places gives an updated mom and pop vibe, which is really nice and comforting. Franchelle was our waitress and she was superb within her service! My husband and I got the chicken pot pie, mashed potatoes w/gravy and cornbread and let me say it was delicious! We ended the night with the crisp apple pie and icecream which was great! The price for our food, along with the food that our toddler ate was very affordable. This place will def give you a big back if you let it LOL! We will be back because we enjoyed our dinner.
