Stopped for lunch on my way to La Quinta. Good portions and decent prices. Clean and spacious dining area. Great customer service. Highly recommended!!

This place has had a huge dip in quality since my last review. I used to come here a lot since it first opened, but the last couple times I've gone here, the poke just wasn't good. This last time, the portion of fish they gave me was really small. I got salmon and it just did not taste fresh at all. It was actually pretty bad. I kind of forced myself to finish it because I was hungry. Everyone is nice and all, but the food just wasn't very good.

Not worth it! The customer service was horrible today. They were too busy doing something in the back instead of being in the open when a few of us walked in. Waited for a bit for them to come out (male and female). Made everyone feel like we were inconveniencing them because we interrupted whatever they were doing. Portions were a joke! Maybe 2 tablespoons worth of tuna is what we got for each scoop. Didn't taste that fresh either. I'm not coming back, there are better options available within a 10 mile radius, I'll drive the extra 10 - 20 minutes for better service, portions, and quality.

Portions are very small. The small spoon 2 oz. cup for toppings and probably 4 oz. for rice.

My last review of this place was three years ago. This business is still holding on strong to the five stars spot for me. Customer service, delicious fresh protein options and cleanliness is always spot on. This place has not let me down once. Not once have I had a bad experience here since they have opened. I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for. They provide good sized portions with fresh protein options and fixings along with delicious sauce options. I'm happy with every penny spent when I eat here. Great food, great service and great experience hands down.

The staff has always greeted me and the customer service is exceptional! The patience and attentive staff is much appreciated!! The food is excellent in flavor and freshness!!!The ambiance is welcoming and relaxed.

This place went downhill... It started with when they removed the Kahuna Bowl option. Smaller bowls, higher prices, fewer portions, extra for garnishes. Never have chocksticks. Services obviously hate their jobs and take it out on customers. This goes to the following locations. Riverside and Moreno ValleyIf I could give it 0 stars, i would. Definitely not be coming back.

Customer service is great! But price for the portion is insane. Last time I came here they had yet to modify the menu and even then I was hesitant. I love poke and want to keep our nearby restaurants in business so we came back. The fish options are limited and so is everything else. This what a quick fix bowl looks like for $13.

Definitely wasn't my favorite. Unfortunately I didn't even eat half of my food. I think maybe I felt a little rushed and didn't fully look at the menu to choose the correct items so it's not entirely the businesses fault. But nonetheless the taste of the food just wasn't very good. I got sushi rice and the vinegar taste was a bit overpowering. I can't remember exactly which sauces I got to mix in but there wasn't enough sauce. Again, my fault. I could have asked for more but I didn't notice until I got home to eat. There also aren't very many options to choose from. I don't think I would be back to give it another shot but the service was nice! Other reviews seem to enjoy the food, I might have just not added enough/the right sauces/toppings.
