I had so much fun just browsing there, and then I bought two items and then I wanted to go back and buy more that same day and then I wanted to go back and buy more every day since then! LolI got two dresses for less than $20 and then I ended up buying a five dollar necklace that I gave to my husband and he seems to like it They haven't released the Halloween stuff so I still wanna go back and check that out There were so many awesome purses there a good price And I see people with pictures of things that aren't clothing related I must've missed that area completely You have no idea how much I'm "Jonesing"to go back to this place. I even thought about applying to work here.

Wife got excited and bought me some boots, they were labeled size 8 , no "M" or W" , she bought them , brought them home to me, only for us to find they were a 7. Called to asked for a possible exchange, all shoes are final sale ! It happens I guess but we won't come back! Thanks! Check the shoe tongue people!

This place is garbage! I gave them 3 bags of clothes, jeans, summer dresses, shirts, jackets and they only took 3 items out of over 100 items i brought ! This place is a complete waste of time and a joke!! They have children working there with no sense of style or knowledge of clothing! You get pennies here ! Will never bring anything here again and hope they go out of business since they never take your clothes!! Do NaoT recommend!!!

Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for some good pieces of clothing as well as affordable prices. Customer service was excellent, had a mini issue that was able to be resolved in a well and respectful manner.

Called to see if they were interested in a few of my items such as Jordan's, jackets etc they said yes come in. We made the drive just to be turned away and offered a couple of dollars for a designer jacket. Will not return here. Not worth the time bringing items here.

The staff was nice. That and the problem. My problem was the price they offered for my things. And I had some really nice s brands. I had some njce shoes too. Nothing crazy. Some Nikes and they took my older shoes that was a little beat over the Nikes. Idk why this location is so cheap. I normally go to the one in Hawaiian gardens but I don't live out that way anymore so I came to this location. Next time I'll just go to the one I normally go to because yeah no. They are hella cheap

Decent selection. I personally feel like this place learns more towards smaller females. I hate finding things that are cute but they're so tiny. I'm also not sure how they buy/sell things. Some of their clothings are stained or have rips. There was a time when I saw clothing items in used condition being sold for a bit more than it should.

Honestly , I've been to a lot of Plato's and this one is not it. The lounge flys are not in good condition even some with tears but they still want 40+ dollars for them and then the pop figures , beat up boxes for those prices. Dirty bags and some of the clothes have a heavy smoke smell on them. Staff was friendly. Changed to 3 because I looked more on the shirts that weren't Disney. Just name bran things are $$ for ripped or poor quality other then that I'm surprised with new clothes with the tags they lowered it

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Brought in (2) bags of clothing yesterday. All had no staining, no flaws, and were brands that I see frequently when skimming their racks. In about 10 minutes after dropping off my bags, they were ready to be picked up. Short timing almost always means something bad. They bought (4) items of mine (I had 58 items in the bags combined) for $6.75. After working in the fashion industry for a little under 10 years, I will never go to this location again or recommend anyone do the same. Management definitely needs to spend some time re-educating staff because the buy counter is jokable.

I always try to give this location the benefit of the doubt but they disappoint everytime. I follow their instagram page and it's filled with great photos of really trendy, quality items. When we go in store it's always trashy and thrift like clothes. No brand names to be found. I always go to sell my clothes and they only take the ripped up and stained clothes lol.
