This what my pizza with "EXTRA" marinara sauce looked like DRY AS HELL

So we decided to get pizza hut for dinner on Saturday 6/23/2024 ordered the usual everything was nice and fresh but we did notice the ingredients on the pizzas were different and we noticed the pepperonis were smaller and had a different flavor im not sure if they ran out of ingredients but i know this new ingredients is store bought because we use those exact same pepperonis when we make pizza at home the sausage itself had a different flavor. I hope this was the case because if this is there new ingredients we will stop going not that they probably care but i will not be buying expensive pizza for cheap ingredients.

Poor customer service. I will not come back to this location. I was short by 30 cents and they don't take bills over $20. I had enough money but they wouldn't take a $50. In my opinion they should have made an exception instead I left the food. Ridiculous. Manager was the one who made the decision to cancel a bill of pizza and soda for 30 cents I'll never come back

I have gone in there as DoorDash employee and also a customer picking up an order personally. I've always dealt with the girl that has black and blonde hair. She is always so rude and disrespectful not just to me but to other customers and employees it makes me not want to go there anymore and it makes me feel so badly for her employees too. I've heard her talk to her employees and it's revolting on how she is still an employee. But I always have a pleasure of dealing with One girl I do not know her name. I think it starts with an A, but she has dark hair with blue in it. she has a skull tattoo on her arm. She always is awesome about getting my order out on time both as a DoorDash and a customer. she always is respectful

Service is horrible. Let me explain. I order curbside it is an option and they do not honor and sometimes they do honor. As a disabled person this is an important feature. I was told by a female manager she will honor if I call and tell them. After waiting 10 to 15 mins I called about my curbside. At this point no guest inside waiting. Just me outside the door 5 feet away. Exactly where I was the prior week. I said I was calling about my curbside. Now the manager I think I spoke had just walked in right past my car. The female employee said very bruskly we don't do curbside we are busy and can't you have to come inside. I explained I was handicapped and can't come in today the manager told me to just call. Mind you I waited until all customers were gone. She said I am the manager and I never said that. So calling me a liar!!! It was the lady I spoke with. I said well I can't come in it is too far. I explained I picked up last week and order has been ready. She would not budge so I said I guess you need to cancel my order and refund. This is stupid since it is made!! She said ok cancel and hung up. Said nothing about a refund. I called back they did not answer. I am still in car right outside the door. Finally on the 3 rd call I got her and said she will refund but not until the end of the day. So 20 mins later I leave without my order. I do not recommend this particular Pizza Hut. For being, busy no one came and went during this whole ordeal. No pizza drivers or customers as I stated I waited until the 2 customers were gone before I called. I know the app has different options as I recently drove past a Pizza Hut with full seating and a drive thru. I ordered from their lot 15 mins later I was in drive up lane for a pick. For this Pizza Hut is didn't offer curbside it offered pickup lane. Also stated it might be closed. But handicapped parking was right at the door with room to open door no high curb and just a few steps so I could have gone in. I am not in that area often but when I am and it's lunchtime I have an option available. Stay away from the Alessandro Blvd near Dairy Queen in Moreno Valley Pizza Hut!!!! Close it down in my opinion rudeness like that not needed and this one has other bad reviews. With regard to prior purchases the food is typical Pizza Hut. Not gourmet by any means but the hut box with personal pan 2 topping pizza and side of 4 boneless wings is a great item for a lunch or dinner for one. But inconsistent service at Alessandro and lies aren't worth it. Recommend other Pizza Huts in town that are further away, but with helpful non toxic employees.

This pizza hut is incredibly slow. I just ordered 8 piece wings for my daughter. The app said it was ready in 15 min but yet I waited at the store outside my car for more than a half hour. They might chit chatting inside instead of taking care of customers quickly.
