I love the pizza factory!!! The pizza is always amazing the service is fast. The place is small but can still fit quite few people. Our favorite pizza place I just wish it was closer to my house

Came to eat here with my family order 2 large pizza and garlic bread brought out bread and one pizza out we waited while to see if other pizza would come never did so we asked what happened other pizza they never made it and the place was not busy place was empty very disappointed won't ever come back I'm a stick with Mountain Mikes pizza

We just had a very emotional funeral at Riverside national Cemetery, and were looking for a place to gather and have pizza. I called ahead and these people welcomed us with open arms. They put tables together. They didn't rush us out. The pizza was outstanding. I would take them over Domino's or Pizza Hut any day. The people that were working on October 10 in the afternoon were very nice! Again, thank you all

We used to go all the way to Temecula to eat Pizza Factory and was soo HAPPY when we found out they opened this location in Riverside. Every time we have came all the staff is so attentive and always giving it its best to make the best pizza in town. Yesenia the manager was running back and forth making sure everyone and everything was great, she is the BEST. We came on a Monday after Thanksgiving and I guess everyone was tired of leftovers lol This place is always clean and neat won't be going no where else any more or we don't have to drive far anymore

Called to place an order for five pizzas and wings. Came in a litte earlier to wait for my order when I was greeted by Jennifer. She had a big smile and an awesome attitude to go with it. She told me my order was ready to my surprise. I have over 30 years of customer service and let me tell you, this girl is top shelf. She told me about specials, she told me about an upcoming customer appreciation event and answered questions I had about the menu. That's total engagement! It does get busy sometimes so if you are the impatient type, plan ahead. That said these folks work hard and fast to get your order done as quickly as possible. End of the day, when you have employees like Jennifer, the experience is gonna be good. It's refreshing to know great customer service still exists. As far as the pizza, it's also top notch! Keep at it Pizza Factory, you're doing it right!

This is some of the best pizza I've had in a long time! I asked and it's because the ingredients are fresh and they use 100% real mozzarella cheese, grated on site! Other places usually use pre shredded (typically have additives to reduce clumping) and Italian "blends!" Definitely recommend.

Pizza factory is one of the best pizza around town. I'll definitely will be coming back for more.

I wish this could be a review of the food vs the actual service. Today we ordered at 6:06pm our breadsticks and 1st pizza came out at about 6:20 at 6:40 I went to ask for our second pizza the server said it was coming out right now. At 7 my husband decided he was tired of waiting and our children had been done eating for over 10 minutes and wanted to go home. I went to tell the cashier he said oh it just came out and I told it had been to much a delay and I wanted a refund, he went to the back to tell manager carol who came out did something on the cash register didn't speak a word to me when the male cashier came back he told me I was only getting a $5 refund since without getting the deal that would have been the purchase price. I told him I didn't change my mind they forgo to make my second pizza till I brought it to their attention and that wasn't my fault that my refund should not reflect that. He agreed with me then went to tell the manager Carol again and she then proceeded to talk about me in Spanish! I speak Spanish and understood everything she said I told both of them I speak Spanish and that if she had something to tell me she could communicate directly with me. She ignored me again and refunded the two pizzas only not my entire check for the inconvenience when I questioned the amount of the refund she had a horrible attitude and said we got our drinks plus an order of breadsticks. I told her before I left I reminded her that this was not me changing my mind this was an error on there part. Food was decent but will never return due to the poor service the one star is because it's required to leave a review
