Pitstop Pub Sports Bar & Grill

If you like a sports bar with big screen TV's, pool tables and great food this is the place for you! A bit loud at times but well worth it. I had the cup of chili, which was massive and really a bowl of chili! I also ordered a burger and fry's which I had to bring home because the chili was a meal itself. Tori our waitress, was fabulous and always there when needed. The IPA beer was excellent also. Check it out, you will be surprised!

I called to put in an order for a pizza to go. I was told that I need to come in to place my order. When I arrived I was flat out ignored. If I didn't know any better I would have thought he was a girl hating on me. Finally he came over to me. I put in a TO GO order of pizza. I then decided to go sit in my car and wait since they had a live band playing and it was not my vibe. I come back in a reasonable amount of time. The bartender asks me where did you go??? I looked at him like, what does it matter I gave him my order. He tells me he did not put it in???? I thought, Why the hell not. He then placed my order. At that point since I had to wait again I thought I order a drink. I received my drink, took 1 sip and abandoned it. It was nasty. He then gave me the check. I looked and he charged me 20% on top of my order. I was confused. I asked him what were these charges. (As you can see it is not self explanatory on the receipt) He then says the 20% was for an entertainment/band fee and the two 8.75% taxes were drink and food sales tax. Little do they know, I know consumer law and these fees were not visible as they should be put up in plane sight, and I should have been informed before he decided to put it on my card. SB 478 is a price transparency bill. The law simply requires that the price listed include all mandatory charges. At this point I was over it and decided to dispute this with my bank. The pizza took forever and for it to come out under cooked had me very close to blowing my mind! $41.94 later and all I wanted was to order my pizza to go, not waist my valuable time being forced to endure some whacked arse music, doughey pizza and a hating arse twink overcharging me. Sorry but not sorry. As you can see, he put contactless for the payment method, which is a damn lie. I provided him with my card as you can see the last four digits of this transaction has my card number on there. If it was another method, it would only have the virtual card number as the last four digits I don't know what kind of stuff they got going on here, but it seems sketchy to me and maybe I might report it! So ridiculous, don't waste your time.

Best lemon pepper wings in the area to include Elsinore and Murrieta! I have been searching for some good ones. Waitress checked on us multiple times. Super friendly and sold us on the wings to begin with. Music was a good volume and current good mix of genres. TVs line every wall in there. She also informed us of live music some nights. We went randomly on a motorcycle ride and stopped here on a Monday early afternoon. Perfect vibe for the moment.

Speed in to grab a beer while waiting for pizza to cook "next door"... bartender very kind and service was with a smile. Ask about specialty drinks!

Very poor service. Our friends invited and said this a good spot during the week but haven't been on a Saturday. Took over 15 minutes to get a drink order in, then when the bartender came back we placed a food order with him. No one ever came back to check on refills and it wasn't that busy. Then after 40 minutes we asked about our order and the bartender said what do you want again? Never said sorry only said what do you want. We decided to leave and went to close out the drinks at the bar. They just ignored us. Will never go back, not fun when they just skip your table. As we walked out the security guard asked if we had a good time and we told him what happened and he apologized and said he would talk with the bartender. At least someone is willing to have customer service.

Probably cool if you're a local....otherwise you get stared at and feel a little like you don't belong....eff it...Id still go back...

We love this pub for quick date nights. They have good food. The bartenders are always nice and make good drinks. Servers are nice and attentive.

Service was excellent!!Pizza was great!My Mom and I used to go here to watch football. So she recently passed away, and we decided to hold my Mom's memorial at the PitStop. Nay Nay , the head cook. and Ashley did everything they could to take good care of us. We put a slide show on the Karaoke stage, took over half of the tables with photos and memorabilia. Nay Nay and staff put out some banquet tables let us order anything we wanted while they kept the food and drinks coming. They were all such a blessing at a difficult time for my family. The made us feel like we were home. They took good care of us like my Mom Joan Quade would have. Thanks Nay Nay and Ashley and staff!! You were so joyful, loving and caring. My family really appreciated it , I'm sure my Mom did too!!

DO NOT GO IF YOU EXPECT PROFESSIONALISM. Literally just put my hand up because the bar tender was scanning to see who needed a drink and got the bar back making comments saying that's a one way ticket to the back of the line . The bar tender ended up trying to serve me my drinks and the bar back cut him off and said we aren't serving them. It ended in a HUGE scandal infront of all the customers and they even had people who weren't on the clock who were claiming to be employees saying the owner would side with the bar back. Absolutely embarrassing, I have never had an issue at a bar before and definitely have never had the employees try to fight me over me raising my hand.
