Pilot Flying J

I come here regularly for the competitive gas prices. I have the pilotmyrewards app for an extra 10 cents off per gallon. I did have trouble redeeming other coupons on the app though. And half the time the receipt paper is out/not working so that can be annoying. The restrooms were big and clean when I went to use them. The store itself is smaller than the other flying js I've been to but still has warm food and snacks available for purchase. Also located conveniently by the freeway.

Rude employees need better customers service training, they do not have positive attitudes, they seem comfortable and disgruntled.

Outside the flying j, being on road I have my fair share of flying j and the rest of them. This flying j seems a little small. For auto they don't have that many pumps and it's one way in and one way out. I've seen biggies ones for sure.While coming back to Cali google did not pick up this flying j location, if we would have never looked up we would have passed this one and went to the one that's a couple miles away. Do better google geeze. Glade we found it because I we needed DEF but we will not get gas from this place diesel prices here is way too high especially in Cali.

It's fairly new, so it's has that going for it, but already the air doesn't work. Not a good sign‍

First truck stop I ever been to at 4am and when they clean the women's restrooms they would NOT let me use the restrooms in the shower area. Don't they realize when they close the restrooms the other restrooms in the shower area SHOULD BE ABLE TO WOMEN

After visiting this, establish many times before today's visit, I found somewhat offensive. Veronica, the so-called manager, with much too much make up and Alfredo. We're sitting and talking about truckers as they came in to take their showers in a negative way. I believe they may need corporate sensitivity training because these people spend time away from their families to make sure America keeps going. Do better with your hiring process flying Jay.

So I wrote a review a few days ago decrying the way store management mishandled a situation that could have been avoided with a bit of patience, common sense, and compassion *[see review in the 'not recommended section below]*. UPDATE: I recently spoke with Keith, who contacted me from their regional office, and he apologized for the interaction that occurred between my family and his team member; saying, not only was the issue addressed and corrected but that, also, the "rules" the team member had propounded did not exist. I'm truly grateful that Pilot Flying J did reach out to us, and that the matter has been resolved. Our family will continue to do business here and with any company that can take constructive criticism, and then proceeds to responsibly take actions to rectify any and all situations with humility and continued hospitality. And I thank Pilot's management for making us feel we can be proud of the choice we made in doing business with them.

I'm a truck driver and I understand that this pilot is in a area where alot of bull crap goes on but The cashiers are rude as hell. Please learn your customer's. Not everyone wants to steal from yall. I was treated like i stole something and i was trying to shower and buy food.

Good place and good employees are friendly and helpful ,clean bathroom and clean place

7:00 AM on Sunday morning and coffee urns mostly empty. Nobody at the Cinnabon counter. Napkin dispenser empty. Seemed to be only two people working the store. This place has really gone downhill in the last few months. A truck stop almost out of coffee is almost a sin.
