Pieology Pizzeria Perris

Don't go if you're craving a cheesy pizza... they're "under new management" and very strict on how much cheese they can put on your pizza. Even after you ask for extra cheese, you'll only get a tiny pinch of "extra" cheese. Asked if I could pay for extra cheese and the person over the counter said no... what a joke. It's pizza. Definitely not returning to the location.

Just stopped in after a year from my first experience. I have to say today was such a great experience. The employee I dealt with was Shantala I believe that was her name if I got it wrong I'm sorry. Well she was very sweet,friendly and fast she had pizzas in the over going. Checking in guest with order,cashing people out and all while keeping a great attitude. When I asked if it was just her she mentioned her teammates was on lunch. She made me smile just watching how busy she was but in the mist of everything going on she was such a good sport. That woman deserves to be recognized. While everything going on she managed to keep my pizza from not burning and turned out great. Will definitely be back.

I place an online order to this location by mistake I called them right away to stop them from making it and to ask for help on getting a refund or getting it transfer to the location I was at. The employee didn't care ro ask for my order info and quickly dismiss me telling me there was nothing he could do on his end to go through the app which is what I ordered through. The app does not have an option to cancel or request a refund he told me to file a complaint. It was a mistake on my end but he was not professional or helpful. I still made a purchase at the correct location they explained in a great manner that the are all franchise and can't transfer an order.

I love blaze pizza, and sense they don't have it here in perris. I decided to give it a try sense they have the same concept. But after trying, it never coming here again. The dough was soggy, the onions are where still raw and made my pizza teste horrible. Plus they charge a $1 to get ranch. And the soda machine that suppose to have lots of flavors only had like 5 flavors. Tables where dirty.. just dissapointing.

What ever happened to good customer service? I put my order in online and was given a 25 minute wait time. Arrived on time to pick up my order and was told someone already pick it up. Ummmm nope, I'm right here. The employee reprinted my order and confirmed that was the correct order. He told me to give him a few minute to prepare a new order. No sorry, no sort of remorse for giving my order to someone else. I also noticed there was no other order waiting so if they gave my order to someone else, why wasn't the other persons order still there waiting still? No one ever came back saying they got an incorrect order, mine, either. So on top of waiting the original 25 min for my order I had to wait another 25 min for the order. When my order was done he brought it to me and said "here you go". Still no sorry, no thank you for waiting or sorry for any inconvenience this caused you or your family waiting. What a waste of time. I'm really contemplating just going to Moreno Valley because they are always super nice and take pride in giving good customer service.

If I had other options, other custom pizza place in the area, I would not order pizza from Pieology. And this might be the last time I am ordering from them. The 1/3 of pizza didn't have topping or sauce and they also forgot after bake sauce, bbq & pesto sauce. Even my hubby's pizza didn't have after bake sauce. I mean.. who wants to eat a pizza that doesn't have enough topping and no sauce but just baked dough. Just looks like made by someone who genuinely didn't care sh!t about what they are doing.

Tim displayed amazing customer service. He was friendly and helpful with a smile on his face the whole time. I appreciate his great customer service.

Worst customer service experience ever. The employee added less than half a scoop of marina & a tablespoon of cheese. When I asked politely for more & offered to pay for the extra cheese in a Build Your Own Pizza the employee very rudely denied my request. Never coming back here again. If the employee didn't want to work this day she should have stayed home.

Terrible customer service!! We had to leave without our food bcz the employee never told us we couldn't eat at the dining room, it was Saturday 8:20 pm she doesn't care about customer service, was taking the order in a bad attitude! Really disappointed!!

We went in today 1/29/24 for two pizzas. The staff member that helped us out was extremely rude. She wouldn't even let us talk and give our order. They didn't have a couple things which is okay it happens. The other staff member had great customer service but what looked like was the manager was very rude. Honestly you should just go to the one in Moreno Valley. They had the most amazing customer service over there and they actually put the toppings on it unlike here where they only put 8 of the smallest pepperonis on a bacon and pepperoni pizza. Will definitely not be going back to this location.
