Pieology Pizzeria, Moreno Valley

Came for lunch on this windy day and at 12 noon nobody around! We each ordered a pizza each and it was good with as many toppings as you want. The inside area is clean and I like looking out all the windows especially on a windy day!

We came here last week to order some pizzas. We had two of the build your own pizzas with all our toppings and one pepperoni pizza for my nephew. I don't usually put much seasoning on my pizzas, but their pizza compared to Blaze was pretty bland. They were also charging for putting sauce on the pizza and Blaze is free. I'm definetely not returning here.

Highly disappointed in my experience today. I ordered a pie rise crust which is an extra $3. My pizza came out extremely thin and when I brought it up to the girl who made it she said, "Well, you got more dough." I don't care that I got more dough, the crust didn't rise and I should not have had to pay extra when it came out like a regular thin crust pizza. Also, another girl made my husband's pizza. The first girl abruptly stopped putting toppings on and walked to the back and sent the second girl out. Upon arriving to the counter I asked her if she could change her gloves and she said "I only touched bell peppers." I don't care that she only touched bell peppers, I wanted her to change her gloves. It's a personal preference to see a person who handles my food with fresh gloves on. I had to ask her again to change them which she finally did. Overall, the service wasn't terrible but it definitely wasn't the best experience. Do better Day St. and learn what a pie rise crust actually is.

On this day, July 10th, we went to Pieology as we have been on numerous occasions, had some good days had some bad days at this location, while ordering the young lady had on a mask , I ordered , we had to repeatedly ask the young lady to repeat herself , we couldn't hear or understand ,she became upset, that we could not hear her., I told her she sounded muffled and to pls speak up, at this point she started making our pizza and salad very messy, just throwing the veggies about some bigger then others and chunky , I asked her if she could just tear them a little smaller , the last thing we told her was that we wanted to have pesto on the pizza, she forgot . Well The girl was getting smart with us, at this point again, after that ,I went to the counter again , I could see and hear her taking with the manager in the back , The girl had just left the counter. We went to the table and she was still talking to the manager in the back we could hear her what is smart attitude, I asked for the manager because of the way the girl was talking to us when the manager came out. I explained to her that the girl was wearing a mask and we could not hear her before I could get it out, She cut me off , tells me she could not ask the girl to take the mask off. I said whoa hold on. I didn't ask you to tell the girl to take the mask off, I was going to ask you to tell the young lady that her voice was too low and soft and we could not hear her, afterwards The girl brought the pizza out to the table. Did not have any pesto on it, I'd already been back to the counter two times, we ask her if she could put the pesto on, She bought the bottle out and splat pesto all over my daughters pizza and my pizza getting, some on my clothes still having an attitude. I asked her for the manager again. I asked her what was the problem today it seem like nobody wanted to work, and had issues and to look at our pizzas,they even messed up my salad forgot the olives,and I had brown lettuce,they then told me I couldn't get them, I asked could I pay for them she said they had no function for it , this upset her even more , I was like we didn't do it , your worker did it and all we got was get bad attitudes. We just wanted to get pizza and get out of there. The lady told me that at that point she could give me my money back but I'd had to leave the restaurant. I asked her, Why would I have to leave the restaurant because you and your employee are being smart, to me and my kids , your being rude to us, and giving us an attitude and we just came to get the pizza And leave I'm not leaving until my kids get done eating their pizza,I've tried on some many occasions to re-visit , the service and food has gone down, I don't recommend, this particular location,(day st), the manager did nothing but make us feel , like we where the problem, we spent about 75, on food this day, I went to that counter 4 times this location needs to be revamped ASAP, I hope those cameras are working inside, so corporate, can see what happened pushing customer out the door, telling them to not come back threatening them , because of service , is crazy !!which there was a lower level for the stars , I'd pic it !!!

The pizza is great. The smell of the inside of the restaurant is god awful. It smells rotten sewage. It is the most disgusting smell coming from a restaurant. Their sewage system needs desperate help.

I just am not a fan of pizzas that are like frozen pizzas. The toppings and sauce are very lean. Just very small and lacking flavor. They were polite and very fast. We used delivery and that was very good too.

Everything one would expect at a Pieology, where the staff creates a pizza of your choosing. Meticulously customizing a meal is always a fun experience, and it's no different here at Pieology. The last time I had visited Pieology was maybe in 2014, so I was excited.The staff were incredibly generous with the portions that it enveloped the bread. Other than the toppings, I found the dough to be quite thin and not aesthetically pleasing since it wasn't round. The wait time was fair; since it is baked fresh, at least 15 minute should be budgeted.The taste was "as expected;" the price was worth it; and the cravings were satisfied. Unpopular opinion, but I think Pieology is a good option to add within the rotation of Blaze and MOD - time and location permitting, of course.

What's up with the little amount of cheese in the pizza? I pretty much had a tomato sauce pizza becase the employee refused to add more cheese even when I offered to pay extra for it. I won't be returning to this pizza place.

They always have a great attitude The pizza is made to order and if there is ever any confusion they are happy to make it right! Clean inside any nice seating space

My daughter and I went in there today and we had the worst service. The heavy set girl with glasses was beyond rude! She needs her attitude checked. No one is forcing her to work there if you don't like your job look for another one. We pay for our food and service and your service was terrible!
