Kaden is worthy of mention. I've been coming here for the past year. I have yet to walk into this store without him intentionally welcoming me in. When I encounter customer service at this level, I'm inspired to write these yelp reviews because it reminds me of my days in customer service (10+ years). I would have hired him in a heartbeat to be on my team. He's always hustling and level minded. He's articulate and empathetic. I also see how well he interacts with his coworkers. He sure knows how to balance customer service and get work done. To management: I would either give him a raise to commend him so that other workers can understand what a role model looks like or give him a position where he's valued more. With his work ethic and knack for people, he can easily make at least double the income per hour working for tips at restaurants and you wouldn't want to lose talent like that.To Kaden: Keep up the good work and being you. There's always someone that will notice your hard work.Cheers!

Best Family weekend lunch. The family pack fed my family of 4 easily, and there was lots of leftovers. It was fresh and delicious and came out quick! Customer service was great, smiling faces and they looked happy to be here. The place was clean and busy. Great wknd lunch spot.

I've never been so let down and disappointed in an order from Pick Up Stix as I am today. It was a complete waste of money. The quality was AWFUL. It was super small portions of meat/chicken and HUGE amounts of rice & chow mein in the plastic container despite paying for extra steak there was very little. HAD ZERO SAUCE ON THE ORANGE CHICKEN.. like this feels like a bad joke... The cc wontons were literally flavorless. Chow mein tasted super odd. This is so disappointing & I'm never ordering from here again. Why are the items not in separate cartons like it used to be?!

We stopped here on our way to TJs and found it to be surpringly delicious. We ordered orange chicken beef and broccoli and edamame. It was plenty for me and my 3 kids. They enjoyed the orange chicken the most. The beef and broccoli had a nice ginger flavor to it. The orange chicken was crisp and tasty. The staff were all nice.

Ordered a family meal for pick up and this is how my steak came out. My 2 year old was eating it like that! I had to go back to the store to show them the proof so I can get back a free entree card. (I had to drive 20 min out to them) come home, eat, go back to show them and come back home with an entree card.

Service was friendly and quick but the food was just not good at all. I always order beef so I hadn't been here since they didn't used to offer it. When I saw that they had new steak items I decided to try them out. The beef was very tough and completely lacking flavor. The noodles were okay, I had the drunken noodles, but would definitely not eat here again. The main reason I am writing this is as a reminder to myself since I come here and check before going out to eat.

Hot honey chicken is atrocious, should not be served in its current state. You will not be able to taste the rest of your food. If you ever feel like wasting your time and money come here for the hot honey chicken. I do not believe this is the intended recipe and the issue needs to be addressed asap.
