Pho Viet

When you first walk into the restaurant, it has nice natural lighting due to the large glass windows. We weren't greeted upon entering and after standing for a minute we decided to seat ourselves.I ordered chicken noodle pho with egg noodle, the broth was more on the warm side vs hot, but the egg noodles were slightly firmly and had a good bite to it! Chicken was cut thinly and easy to eat. The egg rolls were slightly overcooked. There was a burnt taste to them but with the dipping sauce it was fine. This location used to be Noodle21 and this is my first time since it's changed management. I'll come back another time to see if they have improved, but overall decent experience.

The most important thing is the food, which was excellent. The service was seriously lacking. If they can fix the service to match the quality of the food this place will be a real winner.

Highly recommend coming here if you're craving some good Vietnamese food. I ordered the charbroil beef with rice and it was delicious, tender, juicy, and full of flavor. They even gave me a free Thai tea for the grand opening, so if you're hungry and wanting some good Vietnamese food look no further! The staff are kind and friendly and make sure you're taken care of!!! Come check them out!

Good food, but not at a good price. Lunch: Pho Combo, 2 spring rolls, diet coke & a tip = $30....and there were way to many noodles in the Pho

Used to come to the previous place Noodle 21 and was skeptical at first, but decided to give it a try. Stopped by today and was very pleased with new look, complimentary drinks and good,friendly service. Food is very good! Pho with filled mignon is amazing!! So tender! I also got salted shrimp for appetizer and omg! Those are the best! Definitely coming back to try other things!
