Pho Shack Noodles & Grill

Their food is absolutely delicious. It's fresh no doubt. I don't live near this place. But whenever I want Vietnamese this is the place. Sorry, I tried other Vietnamese places I can't compare, Pho Shack is the one.

The lone young server is so upbeat with her infectious bright smile. We observe her hard work - behind the counter, table service, delivery, even bussing tables. She works above and beyond - a great asset to Pho Shack!We ordered the Ribeye Pho and the Beef springrolls. We love the latter and it's peanut sauce. We were disappointed with the ribeye pho. The soup is not real Vietnamese broth, and the ribeye was seared only for visual effects with no real flavor to it. I had to sprinkle quite a lot of salt, added the chili oil and hoisin sauce - but the flavor remains evasive. Worst is the noodles - it breaks apart when lifted with the chopstick. I could tell the noodles are of poor quality.Atmosphere is quiet and pleasant - again, because of the young server's contagious positive energy.My suggestion to the owner: go back to the basics - use the authentic broth and high-quality noodles. The meat should not just satisfy the optics but the taste as well - most important to reconcile both appeals to the eyes and the palate together for high impact experience to the customers.

This establishment is located in the shopping center with Superior. I ordered the grilled pork with rice plate and popcorn chicken. I love that they have the option for small or large for the plates as well as the pho. The pork was really flavorful and cooked well. The small portion is a good size if you're not too hungry but could still go for something to eat. The popcorn chicken serving was a decent size and seasoned well. I just wish they had the sweet and sour sauce for dipping! I would definitely come back to try their pho.

This is one of the best places for Pho, a little hidden jewel in Moreno Valley! Who knew? Yummy every time; on of those places that remembers you and services never ceases to be anything less than stellar. I would rate this place 6 stars if I dod

I love me some pho! I finally found my go to spot here in Moreno Valley. Amazing five star food and great customer service. The place is really clean and nicely put together. Really, really good broth and a nice choice of appetizers and other dishes for those that don't want to eat pho. I tried all those Pho Ha places in town and I found them to be overpriced and the flavor was just ok. This place tops all those in taste, price and service. I highly recommend you try this spot today.

Came from NorCal, tried their spare ribs plate with fried rice and salad. I asked for a side of pho & was brought out noodles. Be exact when ordering the food was good nonetheless.

Food was delicious. Seems like a family owned business which I love to support. The service could have been better due to my ban mi order coming in wrong and also we had to ask for our spring rolls because they forgot about them. Also I do not recommend the tofu spring rolls. I think they could be better. Not enough veggies, kind of bland. They come with noodles, lettuce and d tofu.

Food was amazing, staff was friendly, and food came out fast! Come here with my girlfriend and we always leave satisfied!

I'm not sure why the girl with green hair works here every time we come in she's super rude and always on her phone she looks like she's always tired no good attitude and takes it out on everybody and her poor coworker does all the work by herself bad work ethic

Was extremely tasty and flavorful. Staff is always kind and accommodating. The environment is calm and family friendly.
