This is the worst pho I've ever had, so bad that I still remember it even after six months.First, the broth tasted awful--it lacked the rich and smooth texture it should have. The rice noodles broke apart as soon as I picked them up. The portion was also much smaller compared to other places, with just a few slices of meat.The service wasn't great either. Even though the restaurant wasn't busy when we went, they didn't even bring us water. The interior decor and overall atmosphere of the place also felt strange.

Pho Mai or Pho MIA? Wannabe Pho and they can get away with it because they are in Chino Hills. The Pho tastes like instant noodle and it was a small portion. If you guys were in the SGV, you would close in a month.

Every time I come here they are SO stingy with their condiments. Why run a business if when I ask 3 times for more siracha I only get 3 little packets. Sorry but won't be coming back.

I like that they have vegan options. The gal who greeted us at 8:18pm was discouraging us from coming in because they would stop serving soon. The window and yelp say they close at 10pm. She asked if we could be five eating by 9pm and we said yes. The gal taking our order didn't know what gluten free meant. Which is fine but she wasn't answering my questions properly and rushing us at the same time. In the middle of ordering the other employee walked up and took our menus that we were ordering from! OMG what the heck?! I was flabbergasted! The place is nice and clean. And the food was good. But for reals. Don't take the customers menu from them while they're still ordering just because you want to get out of work early. This place should hire people who want to be efficient and give a great customer experience at the same time.

Expensive. $14.50 for a regular filet bowl. Spring rolls were $6. With tip I paid $25. 1 person. Darn inflation. Food was good. Nothing special. Average. Service was okay. Had to ask for a refill on my water. Ambiance and atmosphere was dark. No lights. Interesting experience.

This place is right by my house and I finally decided to try it. We had a veggie pho with lots of jalapeños and filet mignon pho. We also got a spicy garlic edamame which was really good. I wish i would've had room to try one of their bobas. Our waiter was nice and was checking on us constantly which I appreciate.
