Pho Ha Vietnamese Restaurant

I absolutely loved this pho it was a perfect pick me up after a horrible day of work. Pho is amazing comfort food and this one really hit the spot. I ordered the steak and brisket, and was so delicious. Meat was great, the broth had a really great strong taste, and the noodles were great texture. Would definitely go back to eat their pho again! I also ordered their banh mi, which was not a tasty as the pho and the Thai tea which was very sweet - too sweet for me.

Decided to give this place a try because of the reviews, but was disappointed. The person at the register could have been friendlier when I picked my order up. He didn't even bother to hand me my order--just pointed to the food as he just sat at the register.Ordered the #1 and the meat tasted old. The broth itself had little to no flavor. I guess I should have expected this outcome considering the place has a "B" rating from the health department.

Food: my go to pho place in Inland Empire, close to my workplace, close to my apartment, just solid standard pho. It's not unique and it's not super exceptional that it will blow my pants away, BUT it is consistent every single time. Warm steamy with rich beef broth, thin cooked rice noodles, and decent amount of meat toppings. It really does hit the spot when I'm craving hot soup. I never veer from my usual order of rare steak, but my bf always gets some sort of combo in large size. I can't help that I keep coming back here again and again!Price: about $13 for medium size and $14 for large size. Medium is enough to fill me up without that feeling of too much food discomfortAmbiance: fairly big inside with many tables and booths, kept pretty clean, the interior design looks a little old, but i think that's part of the experience when you're eating at local friendly neighborhood phoService: several older vietnamese men who clean tables, take your order, and bring out the food for you. They don't make unnecessary chitchat but will smile at you, nice and politeParking: restaurant is located in the middle ish of a strip mall in San Bernardino area, thankfully not too shady part of town. There are 2 long rows of parking space, never had issues finding a spot

Finding good pho is always such a journey cause there's so many pho places out there. If you're out in IE, then perhaps Pho Ha is a nice staple.The bowls are generous, you'll find plenty of noodles, meat, and rich soup to go around. If that's not enough, well, there's always the rest of the menu. So I'll keep it nice and simple.This place is good pho, good Vietnamese food in general, and good authentic vibes, so eat here.

Quick service, great food, welcoming environment and staff. Vietnamese iced coffee was 10/10!

It opens at 8am! Where else can you get pho for breakfast? This is great!The lady here is very nice and the restaurant is clean. The pho is decent, no complaints!

This place has been open for years, and it's always great. We've never had any issues with the food or service. Everything on the menu is really good, but my favorites are the sandwiches and spring rolls. Sometimes we start eating right away and forget to take pictures! I definitely recommend this place to everyone. It's always clean too.

The food was soo good! Especially after coming back from Escape Halloween. The pho (i ordered the tái gãu) was amazing and hits the spot. I can't forget the egg rolls! It was soo good , I didn't know that chicken egg rolls can taste this good. The service was amazing. The fast service was a plus in my group's book. we met some awesome people who went to Escape too. I will definitely come back again when I'm around the area.

Hot flavorful pho ,I'm in Fresh produce for my soup. Amazing friendly service, helpful employee. Lots of space even when crowded . You can tell the staff and restaurant have loyal customers.
