Pho 77

I order from here every few weeks or month or so. I love the takeout portions. My orders are almost always correct. Everything is tasty and fresh. My favorite pho spot.

Miscommunication is something that I usually try to avoid. I'll just say this: this used to be my favorite pho place and even Vietnamese spot. Let's just say I left VERY disappointed by the service. I've never left an establishment wanting to leave faster. I asked for tofu in a dish- they gave me chicken and shrimp....I asked about clarification on two dishes and still was given dishes that were not the ones I had completely had in mind. If a customer asks if a dish is an available, just be happy they're asking as a way of being prepared and acknowledging sometimes they don't have it. When I asked she replied back," I don't know why we always had that." Yeah....i won't be coming back for a while. I'll find another spot. The food was still really good! I just not happy with the service.

I've been coming here for YEARS but my last experience ruined it for me.The new servers are rude and the music is way too loud. I brought my mom and my grandma here last week. Mom ordered the beef stew and when it came she was a little upset because the beef was literally just a small piece of meat attached to huge pieces of chewy fat. My mom has a hard time chewing so we brought it up. She didn't touch the food at all. We asked the server if we can change it and he was arguing with us making faces saying stuff like "next time ask" when we ordered the grilled steak he said "it's more expensive" we didn't care about the price. When he took the plate he literally rolled his eyes. I felt so horrible that my family had to experience that. When we went to pay he said "next time if you can't chew a food or have an allergy let us know because if my boss was here he wouldn't care he'd make you pay for it" I was so heated but I stayed quiet and we left. I'm sad because this was my go to for over 5 years. Some of the staff is nice but this one guy wasn't. I miss the other dude that chatted with us all the time and joked around. I'll be visiting him at the other stores he works at instead. :/

We ordered some pho tai "all beef pho soup" and all shrimp spring rolls and we must it's delicious. We are glad we found a much closer place to order pho when weather permits The service however could use a tad improvement. The day we ordered, they were published to open at 10 am, but I'm told that the person who handles the ordering was late, therefore we have to wait, we are early bird people, so I guess next time we will give them some time to be ready for us The food is not bad at all, it's quite good. We would like to try other food pictured on yelp, we have to see how they're service next time....

Warm friendly welcome. Place clean and organized. Great service. Been here before and food always consistently good. Sweetheart's favorite beef shaken (fillet mignon) had to be on our table. Their pho is one of my got to have it item. Veggies are always fresh and so are the meats and sea food. Our go to place whenever in the area.

This place is bright, cute & intimate. I was sat right away. The servers and food runners are nice and quick to the point. My pho was hot & yummy, the broth was delicious!

The server and waitress were not welcoming I felt uncomfortable asking for anything and the wait time was long even when the restaurant was empty.The waitress was rude and got bothered when let her know my soup was missing the added item I asked for.

The pho broth is flavorful and the noodles are not over cooked. They give good portion sizes for the price. We also get their fried rice (usually chicken) and that's also good. We like to request it spicy to add flavor, and they're accommodating The place is medium sized so it does get full during lunch and dinner, specially on rainy days. Some days they have a sign in sheet but other times we just make a line outside. The place is clean and the service is usually prompt. Just make sure you check who came after you so they don't skip you when ordering because that happened to us before. Usually they're good about checking who came in what order but when it gets busy they may miss it.

google says they open till 10pm and front hours says they closed at 10pmwe got to the restaurant and they told they close at 9pm pls update your hours

Horrible quality pho... the noodles are overcooked and breaking as I try to eat them. I've given this place a fair chance and they disappoint every time. If you have a choice please pick another pho restaurant.
