Pho 72

overall score: C-food:vermicelli combo 2.5/5the food looked good at first, but it was lacking a lot. just through the picture, you could tell my bowl had very little portions of meat or anything. half the bowl was literally lettuce. on top of that, the meat was burnt. i have been to many locations where they have nearly double the amount of protein. i thought this location would have been worth a visit, but i was very disappointed. i paid for a bowl with lettuce, noodles, and a very small amount of meat. the egg roll was ok.service:there was only one person in the front and he was nice. we were seated quickly and the food came out in a timely manner. ambiance:the store looks like an old vietnamese restaurant. it was a bit cozy but still spacious. on the tv was sports being played.

ORDERbun bo hue (4/5)this restaurant is a lot cheaper compared to other places, but you pay for what you get. considering the price, i'd give it a 4/5, otherwise it'd be a 3. the broth was too oily and salty for my liking, but squeezing in 2 lime slices helped. there wasn't a lot of toppings, especially meat. the meat slices were very thin and minimal. i also tried the bun thit nuong cha gio and there was more lettuce than anything. the meat was sliced super thin and even then barely any meat was given. again, you pay for what you get. SERVICEwe were greeted upon arrival and were seated right away. service was kind and our order came out very quickly. AMBIANCEthis restaurant is run down. the space is fairly small, but there are plenty of tables.

This spot is in a more industrial neighborhood and feels a little off the beaten path because of that. But, it's absolutely worth finding and enjoying a nice, hot meal here! The service was wonderful and welcoming. Our server was able to answer any menu questions and even give us some solid recommendations for dishes to try.The egg rolls were so crispy and the pho was hot... we couldn't have asked for a better experience to replenish our bodies and satisfy our tastebuds. If you're in the area, this is the spot you want to dine at.

My work bestie and I came here! She's been here multiple times and it was my first time. The pho is yummy! I would definitely come here again! Service is okay, we waited forever for our bill and then realized that people were going up to the counter to pay. Ambiance was busy as it was lunch time!

The best!!! Love, love, love the fried spring rolls!!!! The staff is wonderful!!! They always have a smile!!! The location is quaint but efficient and very clean!!! The aroma of food is undeniable!!!

The food is flavorful, the service is polite and swift, and the atmosphere is calm, and you can actually have a conversation with your guest here , i recommend pho 72. Try it!

I eat here every week!! Amazing authentic food.. Hidden Gem my faves are the pork Banh mi sandwich or the combination noodle stir fry chow mein noodles with beef chicken and shrimp sautéed with veggies.. also any of the pho's are soooo good on these cold days .. The owner is very nice ..

The OG spot, we used to come here quite often, but her hours don't work with our schedule anymore. But when it does, we make sure to come here to support. The owner is a nice friendly lady. Finally had time to come and visit this past weekend. Glad to see that there were other people dining in as well (2-3 other parties). My boyfriend and I ordered a pho and vermicelli dish. Price is average for the sb county area. Pho broth tasted clean/light and tasty to me. The bun was tasty as ever. If you're in the area and craving some decent pho, give it a go.

I met my friend here for lunch today, and I was excited to try a new place that she has been going to for years. I got a Vegetable Pho with the Vegetable Broth and it was 80% Vegetables, 10% Noodles and 10% Broth - the portions were not inline at all. You'd hope for a more even balance of everything. I left almost all the veggies because it was just way too much. The inside is very tiny - and the bathrooms are disgusting; there was a leak and water all over the women's room floor (which they are aware of because a restaurant staff member used the restroom right before me and had to have clearly seen it). The 3-stars are due to the restroom cleanliness. The food overall was good while the portions of things were way off; but I'm not sure I'll be adding this into my rotation.

A true Vietnamese restaurant.Have been to them all.From the Pho and fresh produce, to the Vietnamese rolls. Authentic and a true Vietnam experience.
