Great place I have bought 7 masks thus far .. will continue to buy more as they stock more

Staff was friendly easy to talk to the keep the store nice and organized and have a positive attitude. The store is open all year round put this on your VIP list for costumes in case you need a costume out of nowhere. I like this store because there's a lot to choose from it's close to the freeway and you could actually see it off the freeway. They have so many things it's just fun walking around because you also get into the Halloween spirit which makes you want to come back and purchase your costume which is what I'm going to do. When I came home I was invited to a family creepy clown Halloween Birthday. And it's going to be fun because we're literally going to wear Halloween masks still covering our face I'm going to get a creepy clown mask.

All sales are final! We came here the other day to look for costumes, and my daughter found a pink Wonder Woman costume. I didn't even think to pull it all out and check it, I just looked in the package. We got home and she went to put it on.Headpiece and gauntlets were missing. The silver color was worn off the belt completely. And the skirt had weird discolored lines through it. There were even patterns from the package ingrained into the whole dress! $34.99 for a piece of junk. And now I need to buy her a new costume too. Also while we were there, my older daughter was trying on a hippie costume, but it was messed up. The zipper was backwards and twisted up. No way you could zip it up and wear it. The lady said it must be a defective costume, put it back in the package, and hung it back up for sale! If you go here, thoroughly check the costumes and be very aware of what your buying. I don't want anyone else to wind up with a $35 mistake!

Came in with my husband to get some costumes & we decided on the Roman gladiator and Roman empress. Lisette was able to help us complete the costumes. Shout out to you girl! You rock

I do not recommend shopping here!!! For covid reasons it's understandable you can't try on the costumes,with that being said don't shop here expecting to get an exchange or refund if the costume doesn't fit properly ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! which is ridiculous only sign posted is an orange sign in the front door which can be easily missed. No where do they have posted at registers sales are final. Very misleading. Take your business elsewhere like Spirit Halloween which clearly understands customer service and allows you to return items.

They take long to let u in and every thing is so expensive it like 40 bucks for a ghost face mask

This basically a spirit Halloween but even smaller. Heard an employee say people were waiting 45 minute to get In this place? Ya cause it's so small. They barely have any kids costumes. Just go somewhere elseReply to the owner:Where are the "hundreds" of kids costumes at? There were a few different Marvel costumes and some Pokémon costumes. An entire aisle of face paint. An entire corner of decorations. I must have missed the hundreds of kids costumes, my apologies.

THE BEST HALLOWEEN STORE! So many different costumes, accessories, masks, makeup, and wigs to choose from! Their decorations are awesome, and the large animatronic decoration selection is amazing a very well priced! And don't get me started on the staff!!! Every single employee, from the manager to the new guy, is super friendly and ready to help you! Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced :) I had no problem getting assistance for things I couldn't reach, and was offered to have all my things held at the front for me. Two employees even helped me carry all of my goodies to the car. Phantom Halloween is the best when it comes to all Halloween needs, and the best employees! You guys are awesome, thank you for all your help!!!!
