I came to this truck stop/travel center because I wanted to check out the boot store inside, but unfortunately, it was closed. Despite that, I had a positive experience. I bought a few snacks from the convenience store, which was well-stocked. The facility had all kinds of amenities, including a laundry room, restrooms, showers, and two restaurants. The entire place looked clean and well-maintained. It seems like a great stop for travelers needing to rest and refresh.

Came here for a repair and the 2 technicians do not look or behave like friendly people. I've been around drug addicts and this is what they look like. They then jerked me around about when I can get in the shop. Long story short, they ended up at my home and I can guarantee that one of them is not physically able to ever bother anyone ever again. They both left in a hurry and with their takes up their backs. They had all my information available thru the system. Full name, address, phone number, employer, vehicle ID. The system needs to be dismantled and rebuilt.

I loved eating at the Petro Iron Skillet! The service from our waitress lady was really good. I had the French toast plate which included 6 beautifully cooked slices of French toast, two over medium eggs, and 4 well done cooked bacon slices! The restaurant is in the Petro truck stop and was really clean inside. Met up with a truck driver friend that was just passing through. My friend told me that if you are a truck driver and spend at least $50 here, they allow you to park your rig here for free. Usually it would be $30. Truckers can easily spend that on food and supplies for the road. If my trucker friends pass by here, I will always meet them to eat. They serve all kinds of foods! The restaurant area is really vibrant inside. I recommend anyone to give it a whirl!!!

My husband and I get breakfast there. The chicken fried steak and eggs is really good, pancakes are good and there biscuits and gravy are really good. The waitresses are really super nice and they are on top of it making sure everything is good and keeping drinks filled. For being a truck stop you've got to walk thru The Petro store to get to the restaurant. That's all ok cuz there is alot of really neat stuff in there. Over all the ambiance is like a coffee shop it nice.

This review is for the Iron Skillet restaurant. Their new menu looks very inviting with professional photos of the meals, but they are definitely cutting corners on quality. These were the hardest meatballs I have ever eaten, and they were obviously not boiled along with the spaghetti sauce. They said it was turkey meatballs but they are not saying which part of the turkey. Probably the beak.Truckers come here because they are lonely, not for the quality of the food. The prices are relatively low but even so, the quality should not be this low. The waitress was pretty and half polite - but unfortunately, she was not able to provide a decent level of service, probably due to stress.

23 dollars for a 3ft iPhone charger is just insane ! I'm all for company's making there profit but that is just robbery.

For awhile this location was turning around but they are really falling apart lately. the restrooms are disgusting, multiple toilets out of service, doors don't shut on others. On one visit a female house cleaner was in tne sink area emptying trash, she made some shitty excuse that she wasn't "in the restroom". I asked if I was allowed to go into the women's restroom and she said "that isn't the same thing". Oh, so you can come into the men's restroom in plain view of the urinals but as a female you feel its different if a man goes into the women's sink area when you are all in stalls. Hmmm. Ignorant B....Then you go to get something to eat and they are always out of something basic. No mustard, their answer "I don't know what happened we can't get it but we ordered it". The soda machine was OOS for 2 months. next time no hot dogs. guess what their answer was..."we ordered them but couldn't get any". I then went to Petro across Milliken and they were fully stocked with both. Question: Do you know what it takes to get a toilet fixed or put a latch on the door? Answer: one phone callSimple, management is not doing their job. On a positive note the BK inside makes a good burger, usually very fresh. Thats why you get one star.

Food service was very slow and terrible the only this positive was the staff was friendly .. and the food I ordered needs to be addressed the size of the chicken breast is crazy to me do better..
