PRICE GOUGING!!!! So disappointed when I walked in and saw the price gouging... not only is it illegal but Disgusting that they would try to take advantage in a situation like this. I have been coming to this market for years my mother brought me here as a child and I tend to shop here as an adult so it upsets me that they are taking advantage of the customers that have help them stay open for all these years. I hope you guys read this and consider changing the prices right now during this COVID-19

Drove by & saw this place. Their "specials" are very reasonable, I don't know about the rest of the menu. Fast service, attentive and polite. $3.99 for a carne asada torta!? Can't beat that. And it was really good too. If I'm on this area again, I'll come back here. My thing is Salsas... i asked for a green and red salsa separately... they didn't give me any trouble. Maybe it's new management!? ‍

Francisco, supposedly the owner there, approached us aggressively taking pictures of our vehicles assuming we weren't customers, also threatening to call the tow truck . We were across the street getting food to eat and we were going to the store after to get drinks (that way they can stay as cold as possible) but obviously that was an issue to the "owner" . I'm very very disappointed in the "owner", you would think being in that position of employment he would have better customer service . Clearly he was very unprofessional about the situation . He could've at least been civilized and asked us to move to avoid all the unnecessary disturbance. He has too much anger in his heart .

The parking lot has a recycling for bottles & cans that's all I visit for. This the best place for recycling cans-- the burrito is $4.99 in the store it's a really good burrito as well however the can recycling is where it's at , if your in the area say hi to Pedro the transient.

This place has very good food BUT they are very stingy with their rice and Salsa they only give out one container if salsa per PLATE OF FOOD . I've came here before and the first thing I noticed was the small portions they give . Though it didn't matter then until today I came in with my sister and noticed that they still have the same price on the food BUT their portions of food have gotten smaller than before.It is ridiculous! Not happy with how much they charge and little good they give I will not be coming back.

The best place to get breakfast burritos and delicious tamales! They also have really well marinated chicken and fresh beef short ribs. The people there are very helpful! I highly recommend Perez Market!!!

Local market with the bells and whistles...meat, deli section, fresh sauces, and decent produce. The staff are friendly and speedy even on the busiest days like New Year's Eve. We came here because it highly recommended with the fresh butcher meat. We ordered too much as always, but had their el pastor which had a nice kick, their Rancho style cut meat...omg...so fresh and juicy it was ridiculous but we seasoned it a bit ourselves right off the grill. Their sauces were...whew...I wasn't sure if it was the green salsa or the red salsa (I believe there were a few) but there was definitely body sweats all around with my first bite. I couldn't handle it but I'm also a bit of a wuss when it comes to spice but some were able to handle it. Their deli has their typical tacos, carne, tamales, and fried chicharrones (2 types). In love!!! Definitely coming back. Don't forget to grab some scratchers when walking out to press your luck.

I've been going to this market since they opened.It has never disappointed with their quality in produce,meats,and groceries.Very friendly staff and Owners, I highly recommend them!!

Very bad customer service As we parked I got approached by the very owner of the store sayiing we couldn't park there that it was for customers only (WHICH WE WERE) we had plans of buying drinks right after getting some food from the food truck right across the street then we see him taking picture of our cars saying he would call the cops or a tow truck, I don't understand why someone in such position would treat their own customer in such way, gladly I will take my business elsewhere

This market is over priced on everything!!! It used to be the go to market back in the day but now it's a place to avoid. You'll get more for your buck at cardenas or rioranch market.
