I'll start off by saying that the customer service I received from this company was top notch. They have a huge selection of inflatables to choose from. We ordered one of the large slides for a house party and it arrived on time and clean. Setup was done quickly, and pick up was done at the time requested. 5 star premium company, 5 star service. The saying is true you get what you pay for!

They were very communicative and prompt about their delivery. Everyone at our party loved the obstacle course that we rented.

Anthony saved the day for our family! We had ordered a water slide from another company, and the day of canceled on us. We found Penguin party rentals and within an hour from calling and seeing availability Anthony was at our house putting up the water slide! Thank you so much for helping us out!!

Bad customer service. They don't respond to text msgs and very rude when they answer phone calls. And on the top of that overpriced. Believe it or not I was able to rent the dancing dome for $250 when Penguin Party Rentals asked for $395+$40 delivery fee although we live in Corona.

Very easy to use site, friendly staff, and everyone is extremely professional! Most importantly they disinfect and clean their jumpers. Overall a great experience, will book with them again
