Party pro is super cool! We came during Halloween. It's a large store, a little pricey on some items, but not too terrible. Their party and costume selection was rather large and the employees were kind and friendly! I would definitely come back for all of my party and Halloween needs!

A friend asked me to help him to locate a business that will help to fill a conference room in Fontana location with balloons. His company has branches in several cities in SBC, but as the headquarters is in Fontana, he wanted to by local. So I called Party Pro. I had balloons to inflate and asked the manager if he could do it, he hesitated and said that they do NOT deliver for less than $300 dollars. He charged $1.99, more precises $2 dollars/balloon no larger than 12 inch, plus $65 delivery fee. The total was $250, and I said i could be more once he was on site. I asked him to reconsider. It was a better business to make $250 than $0. He told me he would call me later to let me know. And I guess, later means before he dies!He never called back that day neither the following day, so, I call back, I identified myself to the receptionist and the message was that he was busy. I ended finding TITO'S PARTY RENTAL, in Bloomington, next to Fontana. The cost per balloon $1.25, delivery feet $ 20. Total price paid $165Thanks to party pro. Sometimes you want to collaborate with locals, but their policies doesn't help. The thing that annoying the most is the bad service. He should have called back and said it was not possible. He didn't have that courtesy.

I needed some last minute balloons for an engagement party but the bride to be is non traditional. Other stores had pinks and mints which wouldn't work. I found Party Pro on Yelp and I'm so glad, Such a life saver! They have a wide range of balloons. The ladies at the store were so nice and helpful.

I was on the hunt for a balloon marquee for my son's 18th birthday, because of COVID-19 a big celebration was not possible but we still wanted to give him something festive and fun. Party Pro came through, Sal created a beautiful Galaxy themed marquee that wowed an otherwise unenthusiastic teen. He went out of his way to help us create a theme and really delivered with his creativity. The store is clean and they have strict guidelines in place for the number of patrons allowed inside, during this time of uncertainty, it is nice to see a business that cares about the well being of their patrons and employees. II'm very disappointed in this shop I have been going there for the last 5 to 6 events renting tablecloths and purchasing decorations for my events. Today (Wednesday) I went in to pick up tablecloths that I rented on Monday 2 days before. Unfortunately I had to cut my order in half due to the high winds in Fontana I had to make some adjustments to my event. I have another event coming up the next weekend and asked if I could shift my order around. They would not accommodate me in any way. I would never do this to customers, I will no longer do business with them. I don't mind paying for anything that I rent or purchase but I do mind getting charged for things didnt need or won't use. Shame on you, I will keep my business in small vendors who do way better business.

I make balloon animals and this place is amazing if I had one bad thing to say it would be that they don't have more colors the people are so nice and the store has character it's such a vibe in there I love it

Unfortunately our experience has not been the best. First off we stopped by for a quote and the man at the counter told us he would be calling us back on Monday to let us know if they had the tablecloths we wanted. By Wednesday I had still not received a call and when I called to ask about the table cloths they told me they would have to call me back because they weren't sure what I was talking about. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and we continued to book for our event. While booking we started the process with a gentleman and when it came down to paying and finalizing things he turned things over to a young lady. When speaking to the man we had asked to book a backdrop and realized today while setting up that when the lady redid the paperwork she didn't include it because we clearly didn't receive it. Fast forward to today, the day before our event and as we are setting up the tables and chairs are very filthy and they only delivered 4 out of 11 tablecloths. It is frustrating to say the least because they are obviously closed now and we are unsure if they will be able to fix the issue and get us our table cloths in the morning before our guests arrive. I will post an update tomorrow if the issue is fixed or not.
