Bernie came out to save the day for our baby shower last weekend! There were a couple items delivered in the wrong size and he came out within 30 minutes of me making the call to replace with the correct sizes. I didn't expect anyone to come out to hand deliver the items so when the office girl on the phone told me someone would be right out I was in shock! What amazing customer service! All of the rental linens, chairs, drink bins and cupcake stands were in prefect condition and everything put such a nice touch on your event

The process for ordering tables and chairs for our event was very easy, and the associate who answered the phone was very helpful with getting us a quote and an invoice quickly and without issue. The delivery truck showed up right on time for our designated drop off and pick up time and were very helpful! Would 100% recommend for any events needing additional tables or chairs!

Great experience. Guys were so helpful in placing and removing the table and chairs from my car. I will certainly be coming back.

We ordered chairs for a wedding reception. Saw these beautiful cross back wooden chairs and went to pick up the chairs. When we got home and saw the chairs, they were horribly beaten up. Scratched, wobbly, and weather beaten. To top it off, they were taking my drivers license number and writing down my husbands license plate. Thinking we might steal these chairs??? This is laughable. Needless to say we took back the chairs and was refunded our money thank god. We will never rent anything from this business again.

I made a reservation for the delivery of party supplies for an event. The representative who took the reservation either didn't understand the reservation process or simply failed to explain. The reservation was not honored and no solution was offered by the representative. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and would not recommend.

The place has a beautiful setup inside with their stuff, like tables with plates and things for parties, the girls up front were super sweet and helpful. They have just about everything you can think of. I was only thrown off at the fact that the girls were writing down credit card numbers on scrap papers. Not sure where they went from there.

Party Plus is the best! I submitted a quote for 1/31 but should have been 12/31! Although when I spoke with rep to pay for order she didn't change the date. I called the emergency number and was told I had no reservation and all the deliveries had been done for the day! Bernie met me at the store after hours we loaded up 3 cars and literally saved the day! He didn't have to meet me after hours! And was willing to meet me the next day if the items didn't fit in the 3 cars we had. Thank goodness it worked out or my 1st party at my new house would have been a disaster! Thank you Bernie you have a loyal customer for life!

It was really easy to do. The few Rental said I needed this recent time. Very friendly staff.

We rented chairs, tables and a large canopy from them. Although everyone I spoke with was helpful and accommodating the equipment was not as expected when arrived. 90% of the chairs were dirty with glitter, crumbs and cake frosting. Some of the tables had broken edges, we taped so no one would get splinters. The delivery guys left twice to pick up equipment that was forgotten or broken. Reached out to them afterwards but haven't heard back. In the end, I am grateful party was a success, just spent a lot of time cleaning, fixing and waiting....

Crystal was absolutely rude! This is not the first time I've called and experienced this kind of behavior with their staff. I honestly would recommend Juniors party rental they are very nice and polite.
