Papa's India Grill

We found this place by accident one day, and we are so happy we did! We've become regulars here, even though we rarely eat out otherwise.The lunch special is amazing--every dish is well-seasoned and spiced to your preferred heat level. We've tried every (vegan version) of the curries on their lunch menu many times, and each one is a delight, offering unique flavors, vibrant colors, and a lovely balance of sides. Their naan is top-notch, and we could easily live on their samosas for at least a month! Their customer service is exceptional; they make us feel like part of the family, just dropping by to share a meal with them. They are all incredibly warm, personable, and helpful when it comes to making recommendations if you're unfamiliar with this amazing cuisine.They are also extremely accommodating to our dietary preferences, as we don't eat any animal-derived products. They always seem to know exactly what substitutions to make without compromising the flavors or textures that make their dishes so extraordinary.We love Indian food and have been to many Indian restaurants across Southern California, but this one is the winner, hands down! I've only ever loved one other restaurant this much in my life (a little Japanese place in Riverside that sadly no longer exists), and I honestly can't recommend Papa's India Grill highly enough! The food is worth a regular trip, (we don't even live in Moreno Valley,) but we go out of our way to eat here!

My partner and I stopped by on a Sunday night around 6PM. The restaurant was not busy and we were warmly greeted by staff. The staff was extremely welcoming and very gracious. They seemed very grateful to all the guests that were there. There is a parking lot and a great ambiance inside the restaurant.We ordered samosas, paneer tikka masala, extra rice, garlic naan, and a mango lassi. The samosas were delicious! The chutneys were great. The paneer tikka masala was extremely flavorful and even though we got the medium spice, it wasn't too spicy for me. The garlic naan came out piping hot and the garlic flavor shines through beautifully. The only disappointment was the mango lassi. Unfortunately, it had a distinct fermented taste to it so we didn't drink too much of it. The prices were reasonable and the portion sizes were perfect. We would love to return to this establishment anytime we are in the area!

My wife and I just ate here for my birthday, and I have to say the food here is amazing! The staff were welcoming and the service was over the top.We recommend you try the Cheese and Garlic Naan! It was sooooo good. We also ordered the Chicken Tandoori and the Soy Chicken Tikka Masala which we also highly recommend!Another one to add to our favorites. Definitely coming back!

10/10 service!!! Such nice people here at this restaurant!! It was my first time and they helped me so much with picking what to get and offered me their mango drink to try! The food was also amazing and tasted even better when I reheated the next day! If you're unsure to go I hope this review helps it was so good!!

Visited this place after a friend suggested it and was very highly impressed! Staff were kind and attentive, expansive menu offering tons of vegetarian options and even light options for kids like chicken tenders! Food was flavorful, generous portion sizes including the naan. I appreciated that the naan comes sliced and not whole, made it easy for sharing. Definitely visiting again! Also noticed while dining that they received A LOT of to go orders and DoorDash orders as well, good sign!

Took a gamble on a coworkers recommendation and I could not be happier. It's been a long time since I have found a great Indian restaurant. Just moved back to SoCal after 6 years and man have I missed Indian food I definitely will be back.

Recently had a party and the food was a hit. We received friendly customer service. The mango lassi was gone within an hour. Thank you Papas India Grill.

What kind people and great service!! I recommend the lunch specials as they have amazing prices for large portions. Don't be afraid to try some different veggies as the y are super tasty!! Great food for kids because lunch comes with veggie of the day, salad, rice and naan with your entree of choice.Best way to try new Indian dishes!!!Plus the staff treat everyone with kindness and respect!!!Couldn't even finish my lunch plate so it will be 2 meals for me!!!

Excuse the picture but the food was TOO good! Couldn't wait! But first time here and I LOVED IT! Service is amazing they asked us for our feedback on the food and were really sweet people. Definitely coming back 1000/10
