Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered XL Vegetarian Pizza. It was baked perfectly and tasted better than it looked. They use door dash for delivery and they do a great job, very fast delivery time.

They texted up at 11:10 to tell us the food was ready to be picked up, we get there it's done on the racks and they refused to give it to us. Not only is it unprofessional for them to accept the order if they didn't intend to fulfill it but I wasn't more than 10 minutes from the place.

I just arrived to pick up a papa bowl. When I arrived there was a kid outside smoking. I followed him inside the store and without even washing his hands he went straight to tossing pizza dough.. Then I told the manager about it and he was perplexed when I said it.. When he walked over to talk to him the kid was still tossing the dough and they looked at me like I was the jerk for saying something..

Ordered one specialty pizza and gave me a $7.00 discount. The order rang up to $21.88. When I looked at my bank statement they charge me $33.88. Called manager and he said it was because of a $6.00 delivery fee and a $4.25 tip. I said I didn't give a tip because I gave a cash tip. Manager said well our system don't lie and you did enter a tip. I again said no I didn't and basically said I was a lair. I will never use this place again!

I gave Papa Johns 3 stars because their pizza is good! I had to take away 2 because I ordered a pizza last night at 643pm. It was dropped off at 725pm, left on the floor of my doorstep with No knock, or ring of the door bell!When I looked at my watch at 736pm, and realized where are they at!!?? I opened my front door I noticed my pizza sitting there, when I went back to look at my ring camera... it was sitting there for 11 mins in the cold!!! Not cool!!!

Service was good. Ordered my pizza and came back 25 min later to pick up. They were about 10 min late, but that was understandable bc it was the World Series. The workers apologized for the lateness, which I appreciated.The food: I ordered The Works Pizza which was a bit of a disappointment. Papa John's put very few ingredients on the pizza... almost like an "inflation" pizza where they're trying to lighten up on the ingredients so they don't have to increase the price. The 2 Topping pizza was a bit heartier bc at least there was a little more substance: cheese, sausage, and pepperoni. To be honest... I'll be looking around for better pizzas after this.

I had the worst experience the lady working the front on Saturday February 22nd it was at 4:15pm needs to be fired or retrained my friend and I had ordered a pizza online and I went to go pick it up I walked in and I wasn't acknowledged by anybody for 30 mins my pizza was sitting on the counter getting cold meanwhile the lady working the front was busy putting stickers on pizza boxes then Turned around to go flirt with her coworker instead of acknowledging me and handing me my food and by the time I got home with my pizza it was cold she needs to be fired or retrained because that's ridiculous to spend money on food just to get it home for it to be cold

Great pizza, great staff, never had one bad experience been there for years! Last week ordered 5 pizzas and they accidentally messed up on one of the pizzas. Not only did they take this pizza off my total. They remade it and gave me both the mess up and my new pizza. Great customer serviceYucaipa location is the best great managenent

I was really happy about my experience with Papa John's, everyone working there was very nice, the service and food was fantastic.

Pizza was barely cooked, very doughy. Pizza only had 4 toppings on one side and 2 on the other. Had to cook it longer in my oven. Didn't realize Papa John's is now a Take n Bake minus the savings.
