Papa Johns Pizza

I'll rate this spot 4/5... for two instances. 1. They delivered my food to my neighbor, an honest mistake.... If right when you pull up, my house wasn't directly in front of you.2. My and my wife's pizzas were delivered, looking like balled up homework.Other than those two instances, I've had no issues here and am a regular customer here

Got sick to our stomachs after having a pizza delivered by their delivery service, was not even in a hotbox, looked like it flipped over in his car. We all got sick. Sorry, I've lost hope after 7 years of being a loyal ordering customer.

Located off University PaRkway. There's limited parking.I haven't been here in quite some time, but this is my family's favorite pizza, The Works. I ordered it online and had Papa John dough to discount the price. Plus, I upgraded to the extra large size.Employee here was friendly. I love how you can track the pizza and arrive when it's ready.

Wooohoooooo!Had to update my old review.They came through this time:) The pizza was hot, tasty, & delivered on time.

Although the pizza was delivered satisfactorily, I found the taste to be unsatisfactory and the presentation to be quite poor. As a result, I am left questioning the quality of the pizza as a whole.

Don't waste your time or money on this place! I've been a customer of papa John's most of my life and I'm 50+ years, apparently now it's normal to pay for 10 breadsticks but be given 8 normal sized ones and 2 that are the size of my thumb. I guess that is "protocol" according to Christina the manager who could not care less about my concern and handled the situation very rudely. Of course Christina has only worked for Papa John's for 2 years but she swears that it has always been the companies protocol for the entire existence of Papa John's. It's safe to say that my memory of the breadsticks all being normal sized is definitely more accurate than her 2 years of "knowledge" being with the company. I'm disappointed and upset that this is their supposed policy, her excuse was that it's the way they roll out the dough it makes no sense at all just like her being with the company for 2 years and her trying to assure me that this been a policy since the beginning. Okay Christina. As I said I would not waste my time here and you're better off spending money elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible experience.This restaurant had the worst customer service, and the management was slanderous and incredibly rude. This is Including the delivery service the restaurant uses Doordash I was told by the restaurant staff and Doordash that the drivers are stealing the food.The problem/issue was not resolved despite my many attempts. I never received Any food. I contacted the restaurant and spoke with staff members and management. They refused to correct the issue. The manager was insulting and rude and even repeatedly hung up on me. I informed the manager I would report to the better business bureau and she said I don't care.Absolutely horrible experience.

They gave me expired wings. They smelled like rotten chicken! They really need to check their poultry before selling it.

I order 0n Sunday 11/12/20203 not only did Cody fix the inconvenience for my last order, but he also gave me a discount due to the inconvenience from my previous order on Highland Ave., San Bernardino, CA store it made me of course, happy and really made me want to come back again also, the store was very clean compared to last time I ordered the food was great service, and ambience and the worker Cody is the worker you want to ring up or take your order #2175

Definitely someplace I love to visit again but this one guy I feel bad for since the girl who he's working with is always taking personal calls would've been a 5/5
