Papa Johns Pizza

Well thought I'd have some papa Johns today.So I walk into the Perris location on Ramona. Great staff made me feel welcomed. They greeted me while they were busy and made eye contact with me as soon as I stepped through the door. That is exactly what makes customers feel that an establishment appreciates our business. They then helped me locate the best price deal for my order and kept it friendly through out my Ordering. Wow! Good job guys.

I ordered a heart pizza for Valentine's Day. Upon arrival to pick up the pizza it was sealed, which is good. However when I opened up the pizza in the car to look at it and make sure it was the right thing I ordered over the phone. It was hard as a brick. There's no way that pizza was edible so I took it back inside for a refund and the employee there had an attitude saying pizzas are supposed to be hard like that. There is no way a pizza should be burnt,hard or served to someone in that manner. They refunded me for the pizza. But that crew they had on that day needs severe management and to improve food quality.

The place is a joke and the male manager is as useless as car without wheels. Estimated delivery between 8:30-8:40. Notification said it was out for delivery at 8:23. I called in twice and this pathetic excuse of someone in management said it's on its way both times. No crap Sherlock, that's what the app says. Pizza didn't show up till after 9pm and it was cold. Took 37 minute to drive 5 minutes away. Manager refused any sort of refund. Do not give this pathetic location your business or money. Wish I could take back the tip I did on the order. I will be contacting the Papa John customer service.

I don't understand how my large pizza with two toppings just came out to $39 after taxes and fees? And you can charge six dollars for a delivery fee when you don't have a place to even eat the pizza. It .4 miles away but I can't leave work you should be ashamed I'll never press here again. $39 damn

This Papa John's is awesome. Great customer service with a friendly cashier! I placed my order via the app and tracked it, super easy and convenient. My order was right and my food was perfect. This location is being safe during the Pandemic, only allowing one customer inside at a time. Definitely a good experience at this Papa's.

Speedy delivery--Always! On a Saturday night, online order, we ordered 2 NY Pizzas (one cheese & one pepperoni) & for some reason there was a glitch of some sort where 2 pizzas were cheese & one pepperoni.. anyways 2 pizzas delivered were cheese & my daughter & I love pepperoni. I called & spoke to Marianne, who was Ahmazing!! She placed a new order for a pepperoni & had it delivered to us in less than 30mins. We sent the other cheese pizza back & were so satisfied!! Thank you, Marianne for taking care of us!!! And blessings to all the wonderful safe, delivery drivers. This is our go to pizza place!!

The pizza was doused in grease and absolutely loaded with disgusting, cheesy glop. Make sure to check your pizza before leaving, as I had a guttural feeling something was wrong as soon as I laid eyes on it. It almost made me vomit after my second slice.

My son's favorite pizza for his bday which is Papa John's. He ordered two pizzas for the party.Their service was good when I objected that they missed few toppings and so they made another one. Sadly when my son bite a slice and noticed a hair strand melt along with the cheese. Also another box it had hair, too. Sadly, he lose his appetite cuz it was his bday. Gee!

I recently ordered ten pizzas from Papa John's on Ramona Expressway in Perris, spending over $90. To my disappointment, they only provided four packs of red pepper and four packs of cheese. When I asked for more, the person at the register cited a new strict policy as the reason.This policy is quite unreasonable. For an order of this size, the amount of condiments provided was woefully inadequate. Ironically, I receive more cheese and red pepper when I order just one large pizza.I am very unhappy with this policy and the lack of customer service at this location. Spending over $90 should ensure adequate condiments for my pizzas. I hope Papa John's revisits this policy to better accommodate their customers.

Was very disappointed on the pizza I received last night. I got my pizza delivered through DoorDash and was surprised when my pizza arrived with no stickers to seal the boxes. I have a sick mom at home that cannot chance her food being tampered with by anyone. What I don't understand is when placing a carry out order, the pizzas are sealed with stickers. I don't understand how a carry out order is sealed for quality and a DoorDash order isn't. Definitely disappointed. Papa Johns used to be my go-to pizza spot, but I will definitely not be coming back again. Wasted $30 on pizza we couldn't touch.
